Contributes to the understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements, and customer specifications whenever viable and lawful. Uses local/global standards to support technical excellence. Identifies software necessary to enable piping group to function effectively. Provide specialist technical support, supervision and advice to the discipline and project teams; participate in peer reviews; Ensures recognised onshore & offshore engineering practices applicable to piping design and topside/plant layout are adopted within the discipline. Knows the project and discipline scope/cost/time requirements, ensures the team to meets the expectations, and liaises with other disciplines to ensure project success. Supports management of project change and progressing for the discipline and works with the Project Management Team to take corrective actions regarding any issues, staffing requirements, scope changes, progressing, or other events that could affect project completion and/or profitability. Plans discipline quality, monitors quality activities, drives squad checking, recommends improvements, and takes action where required. Collaborates with project team in review of project documentation such as proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules. Leads weekly piping meetings, reviews progress reports and required checking procedures. Determines technical issues, defines alternate solutions, establishes pros/cons for multiple solutions, and makes recommendations through official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc. Establish a list of discipline deliverables. Controls, monitors and progresses these deliverables to an agreed schedule. Lead the production of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports .<br><br>HSE Capability<br><br>Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements. Design & Engineering experience within the oil and gas industry, with recent experience leading a team of piping discipline engineers and designers. Extensive technical, practical and leadership experience in the piping discipline in the same or similar industry, including experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary projects and teams. Expertise on stress (unbalanced / transient conditions), complicated hot-tapping plugging of C3/C4 services, Inconel 625 materials specs and datasheets<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: <br><br>Full-Time bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university. MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period. Furniture & Interiors | Doha, Qatar CASTAMO is looking for a creative and client-oriented team member with strong social media, graphic design and customer communication skills. Main Responsibilities Manage daily Instagram, Facebook and showroom content. Create Stories, Posts, Reels and promotional campaigns. Photograph and film furniture, materials and showroom displays. Design marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar software. Edit short videos using Cap Cut, Premiere or similar software. Respond quickly to Whats App, Instagram and online customer enquiries. Follow up with leads and book showroom appointments. Update customer information and follow-ups in the CRM. Welcome showroom visitors and support the sales team. Prepare simple moodboards, furniture selections and client presentations when required. Support showroom opening and closing procedures. Requirements Fluent Arabic and good English. Strong experience in Social Media and Content Creation. Good graphic-design skills. Comfortable speaking with clients and following up on enquiries. Good visual taste, especially for furniture, interiors or lifestyle brands. Experience with Canva / Adobe / Cap Cut. Organized, proactive and able to work independently. Currently based in Qatar. Key Responsibilities• Data Quality Governance & Framework• Develop, maintain, and enhance Data Quality Framework, standards, procedures, methodologies, and operating model.• Define enterprise data quality principles, controls, KPIs, KRIs, scorecards, and reporting requirements.• Ensure alignment with the Data Governance Framework, Data Management Policy, and regulatory expectations, including QCB requirements.• Data Quality Oversight & Monitoring• Define and oversee data quality rules covering accuracy, completeness, consistency, validity, timeliness, uniqueness, and integrity.• Establish and monitor data quality performance for Critical Data Elements (CDEs) across business and support functions.• Monitor enterprise data quality performance through dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting.• Provide regular reporting to Data Governance Committees and senior management on data quality trends, risks, and remediation progress.• Data Issue Management & Escalation• Lead Enterprise Data Quality Issue Management processes, including identification, impact assessment, root cause analysis, remediation tracking, and closure validation.• Maintain Enterprise Data Quality Issue management register• Challenge and oversee remediation plans developed by Data Owners, Data Stewards, and technology teams.• Escalate material data quality risks and unresolved issues through appropriate governance committees for timely resolution.• Regulatory Reporting & Risk Data Quality• Oversee data quality controls supporting regulatory, financial, risk, compliance, and management reporting.• Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Business units to improve the quality of data supporting regulatory submissions.• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and data-related reviews.• Data & AI Enablement• Ensure that data used in AI, advanced analytics, and machine learning initiatives meets approved quality standards.• Collaborate with AI Governance teams to assess data quality risks impacting AI models and AI-enabled business processes.• Support the implementation of data quality controls throughout the data and AI lifecycle.• Stakeholder Engagement• Partner with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Business Units, IT, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and subsidiaries to improve data quality maturity.• Promote data quality awareness, accountability, and stewardship across the Group.• Facilitate working groups and governance forums focused on data quality improvement initiatives.
