<p><b>Citi Country Officer & Banking Head (CCO) Qatar &</b></p><br><p><b>Head of Corporate Banking for Qatar and Oman</b><br></p><br><p>In 2007, Citi established a full-service presence at the Qatar Financial Centre and offers a full range of corporate and investment banking services.</p><br><p>The Citi franchise in Qatar will be part of the Middle East and Pakistan Sub-Cluster. This Sub-Cluster is positioned to cover a geography with significant wealth and appetite for investments locally and globally. </p><br><p>The Citi Country Officer & Banking Head is the face of Citi in the country, playing the crucial role of leading and protecting the Citi franchise. In both leading the business and protecting the franchise, the CCO & BH must achieve collaboration and alignment across all stakeholders – effectively managing a large matrix team.</p><br><p>This role will also lead the Corporate Bank for Qatar and Oman. The unified Banking & International organization oversees the local delivery of the full firm to clients in each of the markets where Citi has onshore presence.</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for the Qatar Banking P&L. The role will have responsibility for both flow and episodic revenue which requires strong leadership, risk skills, corporate finance mindset and partnerships to deliver best in class solutions.</li><li>Drive innovation and speed to market and promote cross-selling of products across the full platform.</li><li>Responsible for overall parent relationship management of clients and providing a wide range of treasury and corporate finance solutions, including cash management, trade, vendor finance, FX, general credit, loans, debt capital markets, share repurchase, and interest rate and equity derivatives.</li><li>Ensuring efficient use of Capital and that Capital returns (RORC and RoTCE) are delivered across the franchise.</li><li>Responsible for meeting revenue goals and other goals related to budget, risk management, and credit allocation in partnership with GCM and Risk.</li><li>Lead the Sustainability agenda and the digital transformation for clients with particular emphasis on digital natives and digital tools.</li></ul><p><b><u>Qualifications</u>:</b></p><br><ul><li>Have at least 15 years of experience, of which at least 12 years in banking, finance or economic affairs related to their competence in banking activities, with at least 7 years in key executive positions in those areas.</li><li>Strong Corporate Finance and Credit skills. Provide trade-in services to New Car Executives by appraising and valuating part exchange vehicles. Complete negotiation, purchasing, and transfer of legal ownership of purchased vehicles, and provide required documents to the Administration department for purchase processing. Job Summary:The Technical Office Manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between the client, design, fabrication and installation teams. Oversees the daily technical and administrative operations of our marble business, ensuring projects move smoothly from initial estimation, material selection, shop-drawings drafting to fabrication and final installation. Should combine strong office management skills with a deep understanding of natural stone production processes, CAD drawing, project management, along with very good communication skills to manage the stakeholders. (Client, Production, installation & Admin)<br>Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership & Coordination:Manage the Drafting/Estimating Team: Oversee the team responsible for creating Shop Drawings, CAD designs, and technical specifications for marble cutting and CNC machining. Project Management: Track project timelines from initial field templating to final site installation, ensuring all departments stay on schedule. He / She will also be responsible to perform Thermal Spray on Gas Turbine’s Combustion and Hot Gas path components by Using ABB Robotic manipulator in the organization.<br><br>Essential Functions (Responsibilities):<br><br>As Thermal operator. He/She will be performing below but not limited to.<br><br><br> Operates, programs and maintains specialized thermal spray equipment in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications. Preparation of laboratory samples / approval of new sprays and processes. Works with cell leader in the development of required fixtures for new product lines. Performs part changeovers and execution of work according to product specifications, drawings, and work instructions. Performs all work in accordance with plant safety rules and maintains highest quality standards in the execution of all assigned work. Performs routine preventative maintenance on all machines and other routine labor work as required in accordance with production flow. Plan and execute photography and video shoots for lifestyle experiences, hospitality, food and beverage, architecture, events, entertainment, waterpark attractions, wellness, sports, and guest experiences. Own campaign structure, audience architecture, bidding strategy, creative testing and budget pacing; run a continuous A/B and incrementality testing programme across creative, landing pages and offers.
