Senior Consultant – Consumer Sector<br>Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Consultant with strong business and functional expertise in the Consumer Sector, preferably with experience in government entities, regulatory organizations, consumer protection, inspection, complaints management, and digital government services. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, reviewing and optimizing existing consumer-related processes, translating business requirements into functional and system requirements, and working closely with IT, business owners, solution architects, and development teams to deliver effective digital solutions.<br>Key Responsibilities Provide senior-level business and functional consulting for consumer-related services and systems. Understand and analyze consumer-sector business processes, policies, regulations, and operational procedures. Review existing consumer services and identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, digitization, and service improvement. Analyze and document current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") business processes. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Translate business requirements into clear functional and system requirements for technical teams. Job Summary:The role holder is responsible for managing the whole process of budgeting and forecasting in the company which includes preparing the templates to prepare the budget and forecasting in a controlled and automated/digitalized way by all concerned sections / departments. Comply with the approved policy of budgeting regarding the deadlines and the management of the budgeting and forecasting process. Receiving the budget and forecast estimates from all the departments of the organization and critically examines them for correctness, accuracy and completeness and conformance with the established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.<br>The role holder responsible for suggesting suitable amendments in the budget to managerial staff of the concerned department and consolidating the data for budget presentation and providing an overview of the financial status of all the operations. The important part of this role is also to monitor the budget throughout the year versus forecast, preparing detailed variance reports pertaining to discrepancies and amendments that occurred in the budget, during the entire financial year.<br>The role holder support in providing information and presentation to the Board of Directors. Budgets should be prepared for each of the company’s subsidiaries and Group. The role holder should liaise and provide budget and long-range plans to shareholders.<br>Key Accountabilities:Responsible for the daily supervision, quality control and adherence to confidentiality policies of the section. This stunning urban beachfront retreat opened in April 2005 in the heart of the business district, and has 237 rooms and 20 unbranded townhouse villas, a large Food and Beverage operation with 10 stunning venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, significant banquets and outside catering, five pools and a private beach, fitness center, and a spa and wellness center offering guests expansive hydrotherapy facilities including an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. <h4>Job description:</h4>
<p>The Server Assistant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.</p>
<p>The Server Assistant position assists the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.</p>
<p>Server Assistant clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.</p>
<p>Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.</p>
<h4>Preferred qualifications and skills:</h4>
<p>This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge. Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.</p>
<p>The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons standards is required. In addition to discreetly clearing tables, the Server Assistant performs side work, polishes silverware, and refills condiment containers and crumbs tables.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task!</p>
<p>Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.</p>
<p>Degree or diploma in hotel management.</p>
