<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Join us.<br> <br>Job Description<br> <br>Job Summary<br> <br>The BIM Manager will lead the BIM management function within the PMCM team, ensuring that the Contractor’s BIM processes, models, and digital deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project requirements, information standards, and coordination procedures. The role will support effective multidisciplinary coordination and ensure accurate digital information is delivered throughout the project lifecycle and at handover.<br> <br>Key Responsibilities<br> Lead and manage the BIM function within the PMCM team for airport projects. Proven experience as a BIM Manager / BIM Lead on major multidisciplinary projects. Strong knowledge of BIM standards, BEP, LOD, model coordination, clash detection, and information management. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, or equivalent BIM platforms. Experience with multidisciplinary coordination and complex project interfaces. <p>The Energy Specialist is to provide shall serve as the Base Energy Manager (BEM) and primary point of contact for energy program-related inquiries and shall facilitate communication between relevant stakeholders, providing comprehensive energy program support services as required by the contract. This position will be in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) and it is located at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Doha, Qatar. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the Group’s Lean and Six Sigma agenda under the Innovation department. Responsibility includes owning, leading and managing selected portfolio of Lean projects across QNB Group’s international network with minimal supervision.<br><br>Essential Duties & Responsibilities By Dimensions<br><br> Shareholder & Financial: - Deliver and execute on the initiation, execution and implementation of operational excellence, reengineering and end-to-end process improvement initiatives under his/ her scope and support divisions within QNB Group - Assist the VP to develop and deploy Lean/ Six Sigma/ Change Management standards and the process improvement methodology within QNB Group - Contribute to develop/ create the metrics/ key performance indicators (KPIs), for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes related to dedicated operational excellence, reengineering and end-to-end process improvement initiatives on a periodic basis - Implements KPI’s and best practices for Assistant Vice President, Lean Transformation role. - Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank. - Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.
