<p>Role Summary We re looking for an Associate Supply & Operations Planning to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store tMart , which is the region s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. Through our Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow and TIVOLI properties, Minor Hotels operates in 50+ countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe and South America.<br><br>Key Responsabilities<br><br>Transfers & Boat Operations<br><br>Every evening check the schedule for transfers and excursions for the following day. Be familiar with the details regarding the trips including number of guests, their names and any special requirements. Prepare boat set up, according the requirements of the trip and the operating procedures. Always make sure there are sufficient cold towels, beverages and sea sick bands required for each trip. Additionally, during rainy season, make sure that there are enough raincoats and towels available on board. Go through the check list and make sure that everything on the check lis are followed Ensure that if you or the crew member miss a meal while on a trip, coordinate with Launch Section Manager or coordinator, and ensure that the food is prepared for them from the resort or get the meal from the place that you are going. Make sure that the cost of that meal must be the price set by the management unless authorise by Launch Section Manger. Ensure that the boat is clean, set-up and waiting on the guest jetty, 30 minutes prior to each trip, with the crew members. All team members must following the Resort grooming and uniform standards. Make sure all trips are as comfortable as possible for all guests, whilst ensuring their safety and catering to their needs.<br><br>Boat Maintenance & Safety<br><br>Always follow the maritime law, rules and regulations as set forth by the Ministry of Transport & Communication of the Republic of Maldives. Ensure that the Sea Worthy certificate is on board, and ensure all its requirements are followed. Carry on your person your Captain’s License during all trips. Clean the boat and equipment. Ensure that the boat is in good working condition at all times and report any maintenance issues immediately. Follow up maintenance issues with Launch Section Manager or Coordinator until it is resolved. Carry out all the maintenance work of the boat or its engine with engineering department delegates and update Launch Section Manager or Coordinator until it is resolve. Maintain and at times, build anchor points and nautical navigation lights. Always be responsible and take precautionary measures to avoid any risky incidents. For example, ensure there are no petrol leakages that life jackets are available, that fire extinguishers are in working condition etc. In cases of inclement weather, ascertain whether trips can be made and advise Launch Section Manager or Coordinator accordingly. Carry onboard the Boat Mobile phone at all times when you are on duty. Ensure that it is fully charged before each trip. Ensure that on board radio set is in working condition. At all times keep in mind guest and crew safety first, and drive the boats accordingly.<br><br>Communication<br><br>Communicate between Airport Hosts and the Resort Operators to co-ordinate arrival and departure times, and any other guest issues and requests faced during the trip. <p>We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our Cluster Sales team at Four Seasons Hotels Qatar, representing Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl Qatar. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Sales and plays a key role in driving revenue performance across both properties.</p>
<h4>Responsibilities:</h4>

<li>Administer the sales program of the hotel.</li>
<li>Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Commercial plan.</li>
<li>Actively participate in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the hotel's budgets.</li>
<li>Solicit from assigned local corporate, long stays, group, and leisure segments for rooms, food & beverage business, banquet business and all hotel business from sales activities.</li>
<li>Write strategic sales action plans for assigned local corporate, long stays, group, and leisure segments.</li>
<li>Closely monitor accounts revenue and business productions.</li>
<li>Maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible.</li>
<li>Attend related work functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promote sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.</li>
<li>Plan sales trips, under the direct approval of Director of Sales or Commercial Director to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. The Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales on potential markets which need coverage.</li>
