<p>* To supervise the EPIC Contractors during the execution of construction activities at construction site.* Participate in reviewing detailed design drawings, method statements, material requisitions, and etc.<br>* Co-ordinate mobilization of contractors on site.* Supervise and approve construction activities and co-ordinate various aspects of project construction including inspections, material submissions and working drawings from contractors, and processing documentation as required.<br>* Carryout daily checks on contractor's staff and work carried out during the previous day in order to ensure compliance with prescribed contractual specifications.* Handle all aspects of Mechanical Construction activities including site investigations, site surveys and etc.<br>* Supervise installation of Fire Electric/Diesel Pumps and Jockey pumps.* Supervise installation of deluge system piping works and underground firefighting piping works.<br>* Supervise installation of Fire water tanks.* Good knowledge in Deluge and Sprinkler System.<br>* Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments. Overview<br><br>The role will be required to support in implementing all aspects of the planning, scheduling and reporting activities pertaining to the delivery of a large Programme for Qatar. The position is responsible implementing all the tasks related to planning, scheduling and reporting consistently across the Programme.<br><br>Your role<br><br>Investigate and identify the administration of the existing project control systems used to manage PWA projects and services. Propose techniques and standards for the project control systems to maximize efficiency of project control activities. Advise PWA on suitable Contract Procurement Strategy. Develop KPI's & Earned Value System and oversees the implementation, monitoring and reporting of compliance and efficiency of the KPI's & Earned Value System. Lead team of project control personnel assigned by the Contractor, Project Consultants and PWA departments on any assigned projects in the management and administration (review of submittals) of project control systems and issue recommendations in line with the project / contract requirements. Advise the Department/Affair Manager on the project control submittals, project slippages,recovery schedules and other progress review outcomes in line with the contracts provisions. Propose optimum utilization of Human and Technological resources including arranging and facilitating trainings of staff on Project Controls software, tools, credentials and associated electronic processes as the need arises. Examine and report on the roles and efficiencies of Consultants, Project Managers and Contractor in line with contractual requirements and best professional standards. Review the Contractor's claim that need expert opinion, as and when required.<br><br>About You<br><br>Mandatory requirements<br><br>University degree from a recognised university in Engineering or equivalent. Chartered status or Professional License from internationally recognized professional institutions or organizations. Minimum of 20 years postgraduate experience with experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes, preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures or rail related experience, 10 years in similar position, and 5 years in Qatar and / or the Gulf region. Role :The Manager AI Products is the primary builder within the AI Hub, responsible for turning architectural designs and product specifications into working, production-deployed AI systems. This role spans the full technical stack of modern AI engineering: training and fine-tuning ML models, building LLM powered applications, developing agentic workflows, and integrating AI solutions with Ooredoo's enterprise platform ecosystem. The AI Engineer works in close partnership with the AI Solutions Architect consuming architecture blueprints and raising implementation feedback and is instrumental in maintaining the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of deployed AI systems.<br>About the Business Unit:AI & Data Governance team is responsible for developing and implementing data governance frameworks and AI strategies to ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and to drive innovation and operational excellence within Ooredoo. Additionally, the team manages AI projects and proof of concepts, tracks data initiatives, and coordinates with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery and value realization.<br>Minimum Experience, Essential Knowledge & Skills:10 years' experience in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Python and its AI/ML ecosystem: PyTorch or Tensor Flow, Hugging Face Transformers, Lang Chain, and related libraries. Practical experience building LLM applications prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embedding models, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate,Azure AI Search). Experience with major cloud AI services: Azure Open AI Service, Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI. Solid software engineering fundamentals: REST API design and consumption, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows. Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise software platforms via APIs or event-driven architecture. Experience in designing, developing, and orchestrating agent-to-agent (A2A) solutions, enabling autonomous collaboration, decision-making, and task execution across multiple AI agents platforms. Experience with agentic AI frameworks: Lang Graph, Auto Gen, Crew AI, or Microsoft Semantic Kernel multi-agent orchestration. Familiarity with MLOps tooling: MLflow, Azure MLPipelines, Kubeflow, or similar model lifecyclemanagement platforms. Knowledge of BSS/OSS systems or CRM integration patterns in a telecommunications context.
