Job Description<br><br>The Programme Lead - (Senior Planning Engineer) is responsible for developing, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting project schedules to ensure the successful delivery of projects in accordance with approved timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements. Working within the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team, the role provides planning and scheduling expertise throughout all project phases, including design, procurement, construction, testing, and handover. The Senior Planning Engineer will analyze project performance, identify schedule risks and delays, evaluate recovery strategies, and provide management with accurate progress reporting and forecasting to support informed decision-making and successful project execution.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Lead in preparation and manage the preparation and development of construction and procurement schedules. Job Summary <br> <p>The incumbent will collect, analyse, interpret and report economic news, data, reports, and statistics regarding the economies covered by the Economics Department. Support Group Economics in the production of the range of its publications. <p>The Housing and Welfare Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee housing operations and welfare initiatives. This role ensures safe, clean, and well-maintained dormitory facilities while fostering a supportive living environment that enhances employee satisfaction and retention.</p>
<p><strong>Housing Operations & Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Process employee dormitory enrollment requests and assign accommodations based on enrollment data and facility availability</li>
<li>Conduct staff check-in and check-out procedures using standardized forms, including issuance of linens and keys</li>
<li>Complete clearance procedures upon staff departure and coordinate with Human Resources for follow-up actions</li>
<li>Implement and enforce Dormitory Rules and Regulations consistently across all residents</li>
<li>Implement the Dormitory Visitor Policy and address policy violations appropriately</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of room key distribution and access per organizational policy</li>

<li>Collaborate with the Loss Prevention Director to organize and conduct regular fire drills</li>
<li>Monitor dormitory contract terms and report any deviations to management</li>

<p><strong>Inventory & Resource Management</strong></p>

<li>Maintain optimal inventory levels of dormitory supplies, including chemicals, cleaning materials, and waste management items</li>
<li>Manage comprehensive inventory of all dormitory assets, including furniture, linens, electrical equipment, and supplies</li>
<li>Coordinate with Laundry services for weekly linen changes and maintenance</li>
<li>Assist the Director of Human Resources with linen purchase and replacement planning on an appropriate schedule</li>

<li>Knowledge of health, safety, and fire safety regulations and compliance standards</li>
