The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution support, trade reconciliation, performance analytics, post-trade controls, and data governance. The incumbent leads a multi-functional team consisting of Traders, Trade Support Analysts, and Performance & Risk Analysts, and is accountable for service delivery, exception management, and workflow optimization. The position also plays a key role in managing internal and cross-border relationships, particularly with Booking Center clients.<br><br>Main Responsibilities<br><br> Shareholder & Financial: Oversee the trade lifecycle across all asset classes, including execution support, reconciliation, compliance checks, cash coordination, and performance analytics Lead and manage the Traders, Trade Support Analysts, and Performance & Risk Analysts to ensure operational excellence and role clarity Define and enforce trade support policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, internal mandates, and audit controls Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) across post-trade functions to drive efficiency and service quality Act as escalation point for trade exceptions, settlement failures, or compliance issues affecting execution or reporting Ensure proper management of securities lending & borrowing (SLB), margin, and collateral processes across portfolios and instruments Drive digitization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across trade and reporting workflows Manage relationships with Booking Center clients to align on execution flows, documentation, and cross-border trade coordination Coordinate with compliance, fund admin, and custody to ensure integrity of trade support and exception workflows Implements KPI’s and best practices for Senior Vice President, Asset Management Middle Office Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank. Provide quality technical support in welding and fabrication / Shop Management. Ensure consistent quality of work by implementing quality control standards. Manage of materials, spare parts. Ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of workshop equipment for optimal performance and safety.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
People Management
Monitor the activities and work performed by direct reports to ensure that it is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, in line with the business plans, and company policies and procedures.
Ensure Direct Hires /Baseload / Call-off Contractors comply with all company policies, procedures, Standard Maintenance Procedures, and Daily Instructions.
Maintain good communications between Supervisor and Production/Technical personnel.
Provide professional Leadership/direction to Technicians to complete the tasks with safety and quality.
Assist in certification process of workers assigned through training department.
Routine Duties
Perform PM of all equipment’s & tools and bring any abnormalities to the attention of Supervisor immediately and take necessary corrective actions.
Carries out all assessment of job plan including JSA, review and acknowledge drawings, understands recommendations to repair parts that arrive in Valve shop.
Coordinate with ERG, production, safety, technical departments from reliability, QA /QC point of view related to Valve shop.?
Personally perform the cutting/welding tasks and demonstrate practical knowledge and expertise.
Ability to carry out soldering and brazing jobs.
Must have knowledge of codes and standards related to piping materials & fittings.
Carry out all assessment of job plan including JSA, review and knowledge of isometric drawings, P&IDs, understands recommendations to perform the job in workshop/ Field.
Ensure that all Welding / Fabrication activities are performed in compliance with the ERG recommendations/policies.
Ensure proper welding electrodes are used by all welders and ensure the electrodes are preserved properly.
Ensure the weld joints are properly prepared and proper procedure is followed by all fabricators/welders!
Ensure proper materials are used by all fabricators and welders.
Ensure all welders are qualified and the quality inspection requirements of all jobs are fulfilled.
Ensure the fabrication and welding jobs are performed with good workmanship.
Ensure availability of welding consumables and PPEs and coordinate with Supervisor/planner to avoid shortage.
Coordinate with workshop supervisor in providing specifications, SOW etc. & assist in technical evaluations related to workshop activities.
Must use SAP functionality to acknowledge and execute scheduled jobs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support emergency planned SD’s and TA related to valve shop in workshop activities.
Should be able to develop, review / revise procedures related to Valve Shop activities.
Take part in Internal/External & field audits as assigned and to complete audit action items before due dates.
Support in achieving the department metrics.
Perform equipment PM/Inspection in a timely manner.
Ability to make necessary adjustments with minimum of Supervision, trouble shoot equipment problems, recommend solutions, resolve root cause, record/report findings.
Shop Management - Provide necessary support to Workshop Supervisor for smooth functioning Fabrication Shop.
Issue Permit in and around Workshop area under workshop ownership.
Maintain good housekeeping and order in the workshop.
