The Equipment Readiness Technician is responsible for ensuring equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands. The Equipment Readiness Technician improves the reliability of Division equipment assets and increases the utilization and efficiency of assets. This person reduces the cost of service delivery (CoSD).<br><br>Assist the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineer with equipment preparation for jobs. Execute work orders (WOs) as assigned, generally involving noninvasive maintenance related to final preparation of surface and downhole equipment and ready boxes. Verify the status of equipment certifications and calibrations. Perform or assist in final function testing such as calibration, inspection, certification or verification, which may include Wireline Operational Combination Check, pressure test, measurement calibration, metrological inspection. <p>Supervise and approve construction activities and co-ordinate various aspects of project construction including inspections, material submissions and working drawings from contractors, and processing documentation as required. Carry out daily checks on contractor's staff and work carried out during the previous day in order to ensure compliance with prescribed contractual specifications. Handle all aspects of Electrical/Instrument Construction activities including site investigations, site surveys and etc. Supervise and manage installation Earthing and Lightning Protection works. Supervise installation of Lighting and Small Power works. Manage and supervise cable tray installation and Fire Alarm System cable laying and termination works. Co-ordination of finalizing Cable entries, cable routes, cable diversions etc. Manage and supervise cable tray installation and Instrument Control & Power Cable laying and termination works. Supervise Fiber Optic cable installation and splicing works. Supervise installation of Fire Alarm Control Panels, Repeater Panels and Mimic Panels.
