Plan or participate in planning menus and utilisation of food surpluses and leftovers, taking into account probable number of guests, market conditions, popularity of various dishes and frequency of menu. Review menus, analyse recipes, determine food, labour, overhead costs and assign prices to menu items. Direct food apportionment policy to control costs. Introduce and test the market with new products which are market-orientated in terms of price and product. Estimate food consumption and purchases or requisitions of foodstuffs and kitchen supplies. Devise special dishes and develops innovative recipes. Direct the Chefs and culinary team in ensuring that all culinary standards in that section comply with company and Hotel Policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Monitor food and operating costs and controls these by reducing waste. Train the culinary associates in that section of kitchen in the skills necessary for them to perform their function. Ensure the sanitation and food safety standards for the respective kitchens are being met. Ensure familiarity with all sections of the kitchen to facilitate the flexible use of associates. Ensure that operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage. To ensure effective food storage, stock rotation and labelling and to report any food wastage/spoilage. Respond to the results of the consumer audit and ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.
<p>Ensure the cleaning and supplying of guest units and the comfort of all guests as set by the procedures and standards. Clean guest units following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards Adhere to the established standard of safety, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies. Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Complete work assignments from the Housekeeping Department as assigned using required keys, equipment, supplies, etc. Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the service area. Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping. Report any items found in check-out units to Security and Housekeeping. <strong>Primary Purpose of the Job</strong><br><p>Participates in maintaining continuous Refinery Operation and Production by directly supervising, troubleshooting, co-ordinating and participating in the maintenance of Distribution Control Systems (DCS) to monitor/control Refinery 1, 2, 3, RFCC Plant, Chemical Plant, SRU, Utilities, Offsite and Berth No. 6. Organizes and executes a variety of complex tasks and modifications to meet Refinery operations and safety requirements including design, installation, configuration, documentation, optimization and administration of DCS systems. Assists in the preparation of preventive maintenance plans and implements the approved plant request changes to maintain the reliability and quality of the systems.</p><br> <br><strong>Required Experience and Skills</strong><br><p>Incumbent must have at least 8 years of experience as Instrument Engineer in Refinery and/or oil and gas petrochemical plant. <p>Perform civil and structural inspections at site in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards Check civil and structural related materials for quality, compliance, and suitability before approval Perform comprehensive quality checks at site to ensure adherence to design drawings and construction standards Document inspection findings, test results, and observations in detailed reports and site records Identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations from specifications and escalate issues to project management Conduct material testing and measurements to confirm specifications are met Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other site personnel to communicate inspection requirements and findings Maintain accurate and organised records of all inspections, certifications, and approvals for project documentation</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil and structural inspection Extensive experience in mega water and wastewater facilities, including pump stations, shafts, and Sewage Treatment Plants Proven expertise in conducting quality assurance and quality control inspections on large-scale infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, construction standards, and regulatory compliance requirements Proficiency in preparing detailed inspection reports and technical documentation</p>
