Answer guest calls using professional and courteous telephone etiquette. Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen through the POS system. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete delivery of food orders at the correct temperature. Coordinate and deliver guest amenities promptly and accurately. Manage VIP arrivals and special amenity requests in coordination with the team. Anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering) to fulfill guest requests. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, restaurant operating hours, and hotel services. Job Title: MEP Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out Experience)<br>Location: Doha, Qatar Experience Required: Minimum 8–10 years (preferably in fit-out/building projects)<br>Job Responsibilities:Prepare and review MEP quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for fit-out projects. Monitor project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate subcontractor quotations, variations, claims, and payment applications. Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and cost reports. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors regarding MEP-related commercial matters. Review shop drawings and specifications to verify quantities and scope of work. Ensure compliance with project requirements, contract conditions, and applicable standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering proposals without compromising quality. Support procurement activities related to MEP materials and subcontract packages. Maintain proper documentation of measurements, variations, and contractual correspondences. Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of experience as an MEP QS, preferably in fit-out projects. You will be responsible for executing aluminothermic (thermite) welding of railway rails, ensuring high-quality welds in full compliance with approved procedures, international standards, and project-specific technical requirements.<br><br>We’ll look to you for:<br><br>Executing aluminothermic welding (ATW) in accordance with approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) , Installing molds, performing preheating, and executing thermite welding operations , Preparing rail joints, including cutting, cleaning, alignment, and gap adjustment , Performing finishing operations, including grinding and profile correction , Conducting visual inspections and ensuring compliance with quality standards , Maintaining welding tools, molds, and equipment in proper working condition , Applying strict adherence to HSE procedures and PPE requirements , Identifying, reporting, and assisting in resolving non-conformities (NCR) , Ensuring weld traceability for each joint executed <br><br>All About You<br><br>We value passion and attitude over experience.
