The ICT Change Management Specialist is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity certification programs and assurance services. The role oversees certification assessments, critical sector audits, and the development of standardized methodologies and frameworks. It ensures the effectiveness, consistency, and continuous improvement of certification operations while translating strategic objectives into executable programs. At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity assessment, IT auditing, or certification-related roles. Strong background in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance.<br><br>Certifications (Preferred)<br><br>CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer. COBIT, CRISC, CGEIT, or other governance and risk management certifications.<br><br>Technical Skills<br><br>Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and information security standards (ISO 27001, NIA, COBIT, Common Criteria, etc.). Understanding of accreditation and certification frameworks (ISO 17021, 17024, 17065, 17025, 27006). Experience in developing standards, technical directives, SOPs, and audit documentation. Strong background in risk management and compliance assessment. Proven project management experience delivering initiatives on time, within scope, and budget. <p>Department OPERATED OFFSHORE OIL FIELD DEVELOPMENT Primary Purpose of the Job Monitor, control, and supervise the geological activities to update geological models for Idd El-Shargi field. Undertake geological studies of the reservoirs to optimize field development plans. Analyze and evaluate subsurface data and establish most suitable geological models for utilization in reservoir simulation. Interpret and review subsurface data generate optimized drillable well locations and well proposals. Skills to advise geological well operations.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 10 years of experience performing Reservoir Modelling Studies.</li><li>Must have strong experience in carbonate reservoirs and worked on mature fields where the integration of production data has been used to constrain their maps, interpretation, and uncertainty management.</li><li>Strong Hands-on experience in building reservoir static model and sound knowledge of geostatistic.</li><li>Good knowledge/ experience in well log analysis, seismic interpretation, and reservoir simulation.</li><li>Good knowledge of horizontal well technology and geo-steering.</li><li>Must have strong teamwork skills.</li><li>Experience working in a multi-cultural and integrated asset team environment.</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with peers, less experienced staff, field staff, and management.</li><li>Advanced degree will be a plus.</li></ul>
<p>Prepare detailed engineering deliverables, including Instrument Index, I/O Lists, Loop Diagrams, Hook-up Drawings, Cable Schedules, and Junction Box (JB) Layouts.
Develop and review P&IDs in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Perform instrument sizing, material take-offs (MTO), and technical evaluations.
Review vendor documentation and provide technical support during procurement activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable IEC, ISA, API, and project-specific standards.
Provide engineering support during installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Instrumentation Design within the Oil & Gas / EPC industry.
Strong proficiency in DCS, PLC, AutoCAD, and SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI).
