Job description:<br><br> We will be running a recruitment campaign in India during the latter part of 2026. Job Purpose Provide technical support for the safe operation and maintenance of Rotating equipment including Gas turbine, compressor, pumps installed at the Company Onshore facilities, RLTO & Refinery. Key Job Accountabilities - I Analyse and guide asset maintenance team of various support for rotating equipment maintenance activity and troubleshooting for LNG plant. Prepare for blocker after critical equipment trouble shooting. Plan and execute all planned and unplanned rotating equipment major jobs during the planned shutdown including gas & steam turbine and compressors. Ensure close relationship with asset/shutdown planning other team member of the department to ensure review materials reservation, schedule, and pre-shutdown activity including tools and spares verification. Ensure Quality control of all plan maintenance activity for Gas turbine and compressor mechanical jobs and refurbishment activity at OEM workshop. Quality verification of asset maintenance rotating equipment related jobs. Regular follow-up of all gas turbine mechanical activity and co-ordination with asset and GE CSA team. Review and prepare all documents like job cards, JSA, quality check list for gas turbine and compressor jobs. Review Availability of Spares of critical equipment and recommend and missing spares to materials team for stock creation and procurement. To identify the System obsolescence and raise EMOC for up gradation well in advance. Key Job Accountabilities - II Raise of EMOC for any upgrade based on failure, bad actor program, RCFA etc. Support for Management of Change feasibility study by providing system inputs. Participate in Root cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Risk Assessment, HAZOP study and provide necessary data for this Analysis. Provide facility for technical training and coaching of mechanical technicians and Qatari National Developees for rotating equipment. Lead for repair and refurbishment process for critical rotating equipment components like rotor, DGS, seal bearing etc. Coordinate with multi department team member for completing this process so that items will repair on time. Assist Lead Engineer for various initiatives like contract preparation, road map implementation, and innovation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge and/or Experience 4 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry or petrochemical industry. Experience on rotating equipment major overhauling and troubleshooting experience. Sound knowledge on Gas turbine, steam turbine, compressor, and pump auxiliary system. Conversant with standards and specifications of company, national and international bodies. Knowledge of SAP system. Technical and Business Skills Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills). Computer literate, and competent with a variety of engineering software tools.

Execute the floating dock operations in accordance with the instructions provided by the Dock Master to ensure the safe docking and undocking of vessels as per the established schedule.<br>Identify the weight of the vessels, whether single or co-docking, to input the LCG data into the ADAC system before initiating the lifting process. Conducts pre-operation inspections 72 hours in advance of any lifting or lowering activities involving the floating dock. Continuously Monitor all the ballast tanks of the floating dock day/night and same is recorded. Manages the floating dock to maintain safe drafts while vessels in dock carry out ballasting / ballasting. Work closely with maintenance team and assist to deballast or ballast tanks and operate ballast pumps as per requirement during maintenance. Promptly informs the Dock Master and maintenance team of any irregularities or unusual alarms. Operates the trolley for centering vessels within the floating dock while simultaneously managing the lifting operations. Upholds workplace cleanliness to meet established standards and ensures proper use of tools and equipment to minimize wear and prevent breakdowns. Coordinate with site supervisors and ensure that gutter holes are open during the descent of the floating dock and securely closed after lifting is completed. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality protocols for a safe and secure working environment. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by Supervisor. Employees should prioritize wellbeing of themselves and their colleagues while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.<br>Qualifications:• Trade Apprenticeship / Secondary school Experience:A Minimum of 3 years experience as a Dock operator. Operate and monitor HVAC, fire alarm, and other critical systems through the BMS to ensure efficient and safe performance. Adjust system parameters and variables as required to maintain operations within defined limits and optimal conditions. Record and analyze operational data of HVAC and other BMS-controlled systems to support energy efficiency improvements and performance tracking. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Immediately report any accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, or practices to the concerned authority.
