<p>QP Refinery is a major contributor and supplier of petroleum products. Operator-I is responsible for safe and efficient field operation. Nature of job is to work in the field that involves activities dealing with hot hydrocarbons, high noise area, toxic gases, high temperatures, and pressures, and sever weather conditions. Monitor and control property temperature. Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring. Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, etc. Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.<br>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Carry out the signwriting works in the fabrication, painting and designing of signs as per the work instructions & directive of the Supervisor to meet clients and yard's requirements for a timely delivery if projects. They provide a high level of customer service, ensure security protocols are followed, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Open doors and assist with packages, luggage, or deliveries as needed. Monitor the entrance and exit of the building to ensure security and access control. Maintain a log of visitors, deliveries, and service personnel. Communicate with concierge, security, or building management regarding resident needs or unusual activity. Assist with calling taxis, ride shares, or giving directions when requested. Handle basic inquiries and provide information about building services or amenities. Ensure the lobby and entrance area remain clean, orderly, and presentable. Respond quickly to emergencies or incidents and follow proper reporting procedures.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>High school diploma or equivalent.
