Overview<br><br>This position is physically located in the Qatar in support of LOGCAP***<br><br>Working across the globe, V2X builds smart solutions designed to integrate physical and digital infrastructure from base to battlefield. Serves as a key customer contact for local activities, establishes milestones, monitors adherence to plans and schedules, identifies problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources. Ensures all Logistics personnel, to include subcontractors, are trained, qualified and certified as needed to perform the requirements of the contract in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner under the requirements specified in individual sections of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br> This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. <br><br> Provides cost, schedule, and technical performance guidance to ensure successful completion of program objectives. Coordinates with the Customer and Vectrus Leadership. Oversees the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, and other stakeholders as required. Performs other duties and assignments as required. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br> Minimum Qualifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. Bachelor’s Degree Must be Secret Clearance eligible and/or able to obtain a Secret Clearance. Must be a U. S. Citizen Experience: Must possess at least ten (10) years of multi-functional logistics experience relating to quartermaster, maintenance, and transportation and support services provided by the installation. Preferred candidates will possess at least six (6) years of Army multi-functional logistics experience at a Supervisory level. Experience managing government contracts highly desired. Skills: Shall be capable of providing analysis of practices and problems of all functions of the Logistics department to increase the effectiveness of logistics support provided by the installation. Excellent communication and writing skills are required along with a working knowledge of computer operations to include spreadsheet, database, word processing and presentation applications. Great organizational and management skills with a strong ability to work independent as a member of a robust team. Supervisory/Budget Responsibilities: Provides broad guidance and direction to a multinational team. Working Conditions: Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well. The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard about ambient noise level. Physical Requirements: Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Responsibilities<br><br>As Personal Concierge, you will directly address the needs of VIP Guests and inform other Team Members of VIP needs in order to ensure an exceptional Guest experience. Report to work on time and checks schedule the day before. Attend daily fifteen minutes training. Prepares the daily production is made accordingly Establish a par stock to avoid over production. Organizes coolers and freezers according to food safety standard. Checks if all equipment is in working condition Fills in cooler & freezer temperature log and takes action when needed. Maintains the highest quality and appearance of all food prepared. Maintains the sanitary standards and “Clean as you go” policy. Breaks down food after production and end of shift. Follows procedure regarding proper rotation, dating, labelling and covering. Follows procedures with the use of cleaning supplies. Performs other related tasks as assigned by management. Working hours as required to do your job but normally not less than 48 hours per week. Follow Kitopi and the brands’ standards.<br><br>Who Are We Looking For?<br><br>Experience - Previous experience working in similar environment, high volume catering background, preferred. Demonstrate a strong understanding of one or more of the following cuisines: Italian, Lebanese, Mexican, Bakery, Oriental, International, Butchery, Both hot and cold section. Skills and Knowledge: Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing, innovative, pro-active and reliable. Able to work alone and within a team. Good level of English is essential. Directs and works with employees to verify property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action. Position assists in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.<br><br>CANDIDATE PROFILE <br><br>Education And Experience<br><br> High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the housekeeping or related professional area.<br><br>OR<br><br> 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.<br><br>CORE WORK ACTIVITIES<br><br>Managing Housekeeping Operations and Budgets<br><br> Verifies guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner. Inspects guestrooms on a daily basis. Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments. Inventories stock to verify adequate supplies. Supports and supervises an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public space. Understands the impact of department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals. Verifies all employees have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms. Communicates areas that need attention to staff and follows up to verify understanding. Supervises daily Housekeeping shift operations and verifies compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards and procedures. Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the departmental goals to produce desired results.<br><br>Conducting Human Resources Activities<br><br> Uses all available on the job training tools to train new room attendants and provide follow-up training as necessary. Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and verifies employees do the same with them. Schedules employees to business demands and for tracks employee time and attendance. Verifies employees understand expectations and parameters. Verifies property policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and support the Peer Review Process, where applicable. Supervises staffing levels to verify that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met. Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals. Verifies employee recognition is taking place on all shifts. Participates in an on-going employee recognition program. Solicits employee feedback, utilizes an “open door” policy, and reviews employee satisfaction results to identify and address employee problems or concerns. Participates in employee progressive discipline procedures.
