Your Role:Organization / Manning:Reviews and revises manning based on the level of business. Control and compile associate rotas ensuring correct staffing levels dependent upon the Hotels occupancy and other operational needs.<br>Service Standards:Ensure that all company brand standards are implemented. Review guest requests prior to arrival and ensure that they are properly set up in a timely manner. Handle guests concerns and comments and find a proper resolution to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist the Assistant Director of Rooms in the overall running of the Housekeeping Department and to deputize for in her absence. Drive the performance of the Housekeeping Department in conjunction with the management team, ensure the team delivers the highest quality in relation with Forbes, LQA and Rosewood Brand Standards to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations. Ensure that schedules are inputted in payroll system, and that all reports are completed and submitted along with the attendance to T &C in due time. Complete any special assignments directed by the Assistant Director of Rooms. Ensures regular preventive maintenance and general cleaning are carried out in the rooms and corridors and public areas. Supervises daily room assignments. Inspects all VIP rooms, guest floors, floor pantries and other areas daily. Ensures proper care and use of equipment, carts and baskets. Report all malfunctions on assigned floors to Engineering department. Follow up any reports, taking further action if required. Maintains high cleaning standards on all floors. Checks on maintaining proper par stocks for linen, cleaning and guest room supplies. Carries out inventories with regards to linen and guest room supplies, machinery, chemicals and recommends solutions to reduce losses and damages and order public area of cleaning chemical and cleaning supplies and guest supplies based on the inventory on the stock. Coordinates the maintenance of Carpets and Upholstery. Ensure all associates equipment is well maintained and in proper working order.

Ensure that all vendors are paid according to the agreed terms and to Four Seasons policies and procedures.<br><br>About The Role<br><br>Maintain alphabetical files by vendor containing complete invoices and backup attached to the cheques for efficient access after payment. All filing is to be kept current. Ensure all payments are made correctly and with the correct authorization (approved PO), evidence of receipt, invoice or delivery slip and Accounts Payable stamp. Process all Accounts Payable invoices and manual cheques through the computer system. Complete wire authorization forms for wire transfer and ensure it is signed by two authorized signatories (from Groups A & B) and ensure all applicable backup supports the transfer. Ensure all standing orders for electronic disbursements are approved in accordance with the normal payment procedures and signed by the cheque signatories. A list of all standing orders for electronic disbursements should be maintained with details of date of payment, payee, amount and description of payment and at the beginning of each month in advance of the standing payment, this list should be routed to the cheque signatories for approval and a copy attached to bank reconciliations. Verify and process Expense Reports and Petty Cash reimbursements ensuring compliance with key controls. Forward all stop payment and void cheques to the Staff Accountant / Assistant Director of Finance for journalizing. Reconcile vendor statements as they are received, with reconciling items, including any correspondence from the vendor clearly indicated and resolve all discrepancies directly with the vendor. Prepare manual cheques as they are required if directed by Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance. Run the required reports at month end to close the Accounts Payable cycle. Ensure all goods received and services provided, but not yet invoiced, are properly accrued and expensed and that the outstanding liabilities for other accruals are accurate and agree to all supporting documentation. Prepare journal entry for accrual of invoices received after closing and for goods and services received, but not yet invoiced. Maintain a separate file for purchases of all operating equipment items (China, glass, silver and linen) and capital items under the direction of the Assistant Director of Finance. Assist in the preparation of all Accounts Payable documentation for microfilming on an annual basis if needed. Maintain, and constantly update, an approved vendor listing file. Answer telephones and record messages accurately. File documents and reports. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance. Verify that all invoices are supported by duly approved purchase orders when required, signed receiving documentation and/or the approval of authorized management personnel. Coordinate engineering interfaces between internal departments (Operations, Maintenance, Projects, Procurement) and EPCC Contractor. Support the Interface Team in technical review of spare parts, tie-in readiness, and resolution of interface-related issues. Ensure alignment of engineering deliverables with interface milestones and external authority requirements. Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance with EPCC Contract requirements. Participate in multidisciplinary reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, QRA, and 3D model reviews, and ensure closure of action items. Support identification and tracking of engineering-related risks and contribute to the Project Risk Register. Ensure engineering activities comply with Environmental Impact Assessment, HSE, and quality requirements.
