Essential Responsibilities: Provides management service of airfield pavements and transportation infrastructure networks to enable the safe and efficient movement of people, equipment, aircraft, and material across the installation and airfield. As the HVAC/ICWS Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and Industrial Control & Water Systems (ICWS) supporting mission-critical facilities at Al Udeid Air Base. This role ensures reliable environmental control and water system operations in accordance with U. Facilitate compliance with OSHA’s Process Safety Management requirements. Steward the MOC/PSSR process to ensure changes are effectively managed and documented. Facilitate PHAs, LOPAs, QRAs, Facility Siting, and similar risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation processes using appropriate methodologies as per regulatory and applicable standards. Lead and/or participate in RCAs to ensure root causes are identified and prevent recurrence. Ensure Process Safety Information (PSI) documents are maintained and kept up to date. Review all events for process safety impact and identify improvement opportunities. Develop and track action plans for process safety deficiencies using PSM metrics and reporting tools. Compile, analyze, and interpret process safety KPIs to support continuous improvement. Support implementation of equipment reliability programs across departments.
