Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items. Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers. Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.<br>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. <p>Responsible for the inspection, dismantling, repair, refurbishment, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of hydraulic pumps and motors used in both open-loop and closed-loop circuits.</p><p>The technician should have strong practical experience with various types of hydraulic pumps and motors, including their control systems, and must be capable of identifying component wear, carrying out precision measurements, replacing required parts, and performing performance bench testing as per the hydraulic control schematic and manufacturer's specifications.</p><p><strong>Key the unit on the test bench.</p></li><li><p>Perform pressure, flow, displacement, leakage, efficiency, and functional</p></li></ul><p>testing of pumps and motors according to the control schematic and</p><p>manufacturer's test procedures.</p><ul><li><p>Troubleshoot pumps and motors during testing and identify abnormal noise,</p></li></ul><p>vibration, leakage, pressure loss, flow loss, or other performance issues.</p><ul><li><p>Verify the operation and adjustment of pump/motor control systems during bench</p></li></ul><p>testing.</p><ul><li><p>Record test results, inspection measurements, repair findings, and control settings</p></li></ul><p>accurately.</p><ul><li><p>Prepare service reports and inspection reports when required.</p></li><li><p>Assist with site troubleshooting, removal, <p>The Munitions Foreman is the senior crew member that oversees receipts, storage, inspection, transport and maintenance of U.S. Air Force (USAF) Munitions and supporting resources as applicable to the Site. Operates Theater Integrated Combat Munitions Systems (TICMS) and MC2. Supervises any assigned Munitions Technicians. The Reservations Agent must be able to multitask effectively, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.<br><br>As Reservations Services Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:<br><br>Answer hotel’s main telephone, Hello MO, and emails from external and internal stakeholders. Ensure to apply required departmental standards in LQE and Forbes. All interactions are to be warm and sincere, taking ownership of the requests received, by personally addressing the matter. Send proposals, pro-forma invoices, and confirmations letters to guests or third parties, e.g. Travel Agencies. Attend to all inquiries, complaints and requests received. Ensure all interactions are handled in the time frame set by the company. Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. Process and confirm guest reservations made by clients for Rooms, F&B and Spa. Input all reservations into the respective systems, recording all relevant information. For room requests, verify availability of room type and rate. Explain guarantee, specific rate, and cancellation policies. Ensure special requests and guest preferences are documented within the reservation.<br><br>As Reservations Services Agent, We Expect From You<br><br>Ensure an excellent working relationship with all colleagues within the hotel.
