<p>Provide technical guidance to support the Utilities AMP functions as required by the contract. This position will be in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP), and it is located at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Doha, Qatar. <p>A leading international engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Drainage Advisor</strong> to support a major drainage and wastewater infrastructure programme in Qatar.</p><br><br><p>This is a senior strategic position responsible for providing technical and operational leadership across drainage network operations, asset management, governance, contract management and organisational performance improvement within a large-scale utility environment.</p><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Provide strategic and technical advisory support for drainage and wastewater operations.</li><li>Advise on drainage network operations, maintenance and asset management best practices.</li><li>Support operational performance improvement, governance and business transformation initiatives.</li><li>Review and improve policies, procedures, operational processes and risk management strategies.</li><li>Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Support contract management and ensure operational compliance with organisational objectives.</li><li>Contribute to long-term planning and continuous improvement of drainage infrastructure and services.</li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.</li><li>Approximately <strong>30 years of professional experience</strong>, including significant experience within the water or wastewater sector.</li><li>Minimum <strong>10 years' experience</strong> within the wastewater industry.</li><li>Minimum <strong>5 years' experience</strong> within an Operations & Maintenance environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of drainage networks, wastewater systems and utility operations.</li><li>Experience in asset management, contract management and operational performance improvement.</li><li>Previous experience in technical advisory, programme management or senior engineering leadership.</li><li>Experience within the Middle East is highly desirable.</li><li>Chartered Engineer and/or recognised professional accreditation is advantageous.</li></ul><strong>Preferred Background</strong><p>We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:</p><br><br><ul><li>Drainage Networks</li><li>Wastewater Infrastructure</li><li>Operations & Maintenance</li><li>Asset Management</li><li>Water Utilities</li><li>Major Infrastructure Programmes</li><li>Public Sector Utilities</li><li>Engineering Consultancy</li></ul>

About the job Facility Maintenance Engineer
<p><strong>Job Objective:</strong></p><br>
<p>To conduct efficient and effective general Facility maintenance activities of the company's facilities including petrol stations, Operation plants (mainly Fire Alarm/ protection, HVAC, General civil, MEP, Elevators, Smoke Ventilation system, Pressurization system, EAS, Sliding doors and Road Barriers) by coordinating the efforts of facilities maintenance team, to ensure that all maintenance activities, troubleshooting on failures/ abnormal operation all facility maintenance equipment and provide resolution for any maintenance related actions, monitoring the performance of relevant maintenance contractors, providing technical support and training to subordinates and maintain appropriate records as per standards and requirements and are carried out promptly, safely and cost effectively.</p><br>
<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p><br>
<p>Maintenance, complaint resolution, contractor selection and evaluation, contract management and service level agreements</p><br>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><br>
<p>· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or relevant)</p><br>
