Here are below main job responsibilities:<br><br>Support the successful execution of offshore lifting and rigging activities by providing technical leadership and ensuring all lifting operations are properly planned, assessed, approved, and executed in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.<br><br>Serve as the dedicated offshore Lifting/Rigging Specialist at Site for the coordination, management, and control of all heavy and critical lifts. Identify, prepare, review, and approve offshore lifting plans, rigging arrangements, lift studies, calculations, and lifting procedures. Ensure lifting configurations, crane systems, rigging details, lifting objects, hydrodynamic effects, and offshore vessel motions are adequately assessed prior to execution. Develop detailed lift plans for critical lifting activities, including:Vessel deck to own vessel back deck lifts with item static weight greater than 20 Te. Vessel-to-vessel transfers with item static weight greater than 20 Te. Lowering of subsea structures and equipment exceeding 5 Te to seabed and recovery from seabed to deck. Critical lifts involving clamps, sleepers, lifting frames, and similar subsea assets. Review and validate lifting calculations including Dynamic Amplification Factor (DAF), crane utilization, rigging capacity, center of gravity, lift radius, and load distribution analyses. Verify lifting arrangements involving wire ropes, shackles, hooks, slings, spreader beams, lifting frames, and other lifting accessories. Coordinate lifting interfaces between engineering, marine, vessel operations, offshore construction, subsea installation, and subcontractor teams. Provide technical support during offshore transportation, installation, recovery, and subsea construction campaigns. Participate in lift risk assessments, HAZIDs, toolbox talks, SIMOPS reviews, and operational readiness assessments. Monitor offshore lifting operations and provide technical guidance to ensure safe and efficient execution.
