The organisation operates at the intersection of sport, entertainment, technology and audience insight, delivering premium content experiences across mobile, web and connected devices. This is an opportunity to join an established product team in Doha and help shape how audiences across the region discover, watch and engage with live sport and entertainment content. The successful candidate will take ownership of key areas of the digital product experience, with an initial focus likely to include video consumption, content discovery, navigation and front-end customer journeys.<br>The Role The Product Manager will work within a cross-functional product squad, partnering closely with design, engineering, analytics, commercial and content teams. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, translating insight into product opportunities and guiding ideas from initial discovery through prototyping, testing, prioritisation and delivery. This is a hands-on product role. The organisation is looking for someone who can combine analytical thinking with genuine product judgement, creativity and an understanding of what makes a strong streaming experience. You should be equally comfortable reviewing performance data, speaking with engineers, testing a prototype and presenting a clear product recommendation to senior stakeholders.<br>Key Responsibilities Own and develop product initiatives across the OTT platform, with a particular focus on video experience, content discovery, navigation and customer engagement. Translate customer behaviour, user feedback, commercial objectives and market insight into clear product priorities and roadmaps. Create product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, customer journeys and supporting documentation. Lead product discovery activities, including customer research, competitor analysis, rapid prototyping, usability testing and concept validation. Work closely with UX and UI designers to improve front-end usability, journey sequencing, information architecture and overall product consistency. Partner with engineering teams to assess feasibility, understand technical dependencies and support the delivery of reliable, scalable product solutions. Use data and analytics to evaluate customer behaviour, identify friction points and measure the impact of product changes. Develop a strong understanding of regional streaming audiences, including how customers discover and consume live sport, highlights, films, series and children’s content. Benchmark the platform against leading global and regional OTT services, identifying best practices across video delivery, search, recommendations, personalisation, pricing, packaging and content presentation. Monitor competitor developments and changes across the OTT market to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks. Support product delivery across i OS, Android, web, connected television and cloud-based platforms. Collaborate with commercial, marketing, customer service, content and operational teams to ensure product decisions support wider business objectives. Improve product processes, documentation and delivery practices to help the team move from idea to customer value more efficiently. Present product recommendations, performance updates and roadmap decisions to senior stakeholders. Explore how AI-enabled tools can improve product discovery, competitive intelligence, prototyping, analysis and day-to-day product workflows.<br>Experience Required Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in digital product management, product ownership or a closely related role. Experience working within OTT, streaming, digital media, sports technology, entertainment, consumer technology or another high-traffic digital platform would be strongly preferred. Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritisation, roadmapping, prototyping, delivery and post-launch optimisation. Demonstrable experience translating customer insight and performance data into improved digital experiences. Experience working closely with UX, design, engineering and analytics teams. Strong understanding of front-end customer journeys, usability, navigation and information architecture. Experience delivering products across mobile applications and web platforms. A practical understanding of how modern digital products are built, including the development lifecycle for i OS, Android, web and cloud-based applications. Experience creating or testing prototypes using modern product and design tools. Comfortable interpreting customer data, product analytics, conversion metrics and engagement trends. Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
