hotel.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><p>Your experience and skills include:</p><br><ul><li>Strong passion for luxury hospitality, guest engagement, and service excellence.</li><li>Minimum 8 years of Rooms Division management experience, including Front Office and/or Housekeeping leadership.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Rooms, Executive Assistant Manager Rooms, or equivalent senior position.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the Middle East/GCC, preferably in Dubai or Doha.</li><li>Previous experience in a 5 star luxury hotel operation is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience managing multiple Rooms Division functions and high volume operations.</li><li>Hands on and operationally driven, with strong guest and floor presence.</li><li>Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, productivity, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving Focusses on supporting the brand service strategy and implementing brand initiatives for the cluster. Role Purpose<br><br>The Data Governance Consultant helps clients design, document and activate practical governance arrangements for their data. The role works with business, data, technology, security and compliance stakeholders to clarify decision rights, establish ownership and stewardship, develop policies and operating procedures, and create the registers and reporting mechanisms needed to sustain governance.<br><br>The consultant combines structured analysis with facilitation and high-quality documentation. Work may include evidence reviews, maturity assessments, role mapping, committee support, policy drafting, issue tracking and governance-performance reporting. The consultant prepares options and recommendations for client approval and supports implementation, but does not become the client's Data Owner, policy owner or governance authority.
