Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity) to lead and deliver enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across multiple business, IT and OT technology domains. This role focuses on maximizing plant reliability, leading execution strategies during major turnarounds, ensuring structural<br>compliance with international design codes, and mitigating risk across high-pressure, corrosive process loops.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Engineering Design & Modification<br>Review and approve design calculations, data sheets, drawings, and technical specifications for modifications or new procurement of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks.<br>Generate and review Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Piping Material Specifications (PMS), and Material Take-Offs (MTOs) to meet international standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API). Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Responsible for environmental engineering and compliance activities associated with onshore greenfield and brownfield project scopes. Provides technical input across detailed engineering design, procurement, installation, construction, and commissioning of onshore facilities to ensure full adherence to applicable environmental standards and regulatory requirements, particularly for power generation & associated projects.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in environmental engineering within the power generation industry, either with a power generation company or as part of a consultant/contractor team, preferably on major greenfield projects. Experience managing and coordinating environmental interfaces with third parties and external authorities. Experience developing and endorsing environmental/HSE specifications and participating in HSE/Environmental studies such as HAZID, EIA, ENVID, HIRA, and dispersion/modelling studies. Strong knowledge of international environmental regulations, industry best practices, and company specifications/standards. Experience developing and reviewing Operational or Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP), Waste Management Plans (WMP), Oil Spill Prevention and Response Plans, and related environmental procedures. Familiarity with environmental impact assessment of process systems during drilling, construction, transportation, installation, commissioning, operation, and decommissioning. Experience assessing environmental risks related to decommissioning, abandonment, and demolition of existing facilities. Strong communication, presentation, and conflict management skills. Job Summary:As a senior engineer, should be the first responsible person in charge of control discipline cost,quality and engineering progress, responsible for support procurement related activities. Developing the discipline implementation strategy, execution plan, interface management, report to COOEC counterpart and COOEC PMT Quarterly. Responsibilities:Cost controlling Provide optimizations suggestion to provide discipline contribution for project cost saving. Control unnecessary upgrade design , follow fit for purpose principles . Review and assess changes compare to FEED design, try best to follow FEED design. Control the change order from subcontractor and vendor. Quality Controlling Review engineering subcontractor deliverbale ensure deliverable quality meet standards and codes requirements. Control post AFC changes avoid unnecessary changes impact on the fabrication and procurement.
