<p>Executes all electric and associated work to the highest professional standard for the whole property Performs the tasks assigned to him and ensures their implementation while working independently. Acts on issues and concerns in his activity field immediately. Must be able to control the stocks and other items in his workshop and order more as required Abides to the daily task and ensures timely implementation Ensures oneself is thoroughly familiar with the hotel s emergency procedures and in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur. Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility. Assist in Task Force Teams for new openings</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering/Installation</p><p>Minimum 3 years in a similar electrical maintenance or installation role within a hospitality or facilities management environment</p><p>Proven expertise in electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair</p><p>Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical documentation</p><p>Strong inventory and stock management capabilities</p><p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently</p><p>Knowledge of health and safety regulations and emergency procedures</p><p>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</p>
