<p>Monitor the activities of the outsourced Operation and Maintenance (O&amp;M) Contractor at site by reviewing daily reports, calibration reports, maintenance activities/reports, and Quality Control (QC) activities performed to ensure proper operation of the stations. Ensure property and equipment are secure. Verify that the spare parts interchanged by the contractor are original and as per approved specifications. Control all operational and maintenance activities at the ambient air quality stations and ensure all control systems related to the ambient air quality networks. Review and evaluate data to detect possible abnormalities related to the functioning of the stations and report to the section for further action. Keep records of all station inventories, data, reports, logs, and certificates to ensure traceability of results generated. Maintain systems to track schedules for maintenance, calibrations, and re-certifications on a timely basis and verify compliance by the Contractor. Report HSE statistics of the Contractors on a monthly basis. During emergencies, be available 24x7 and participate in incident investigations and provide ambient air quality and meteorological data to the investigating team. In case of incidents, ensure movement of the mobile monitoring AAQM station to the incident location by obtaining proper permits and securing power supply, etc. Accompany and assist the Technical Systems and Performance Audit Contractor during scheduled audits. Conduct independent first-party internal audits to verify AAQM station performance. Make regular station visits to oversee overall station functions (e.g., AC maintenance, generator tests, pest control, and general maintenance of the stations). Raise SAP requests and coordinate with the maintenance division for overall station maintenance. Maintain and raise SAP requests for troubleshooting Air Quality Modelling Servers.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation / Meteorology / Environmental / Science (Chemistry, Physics) or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years Ambient Air Quality Monitoring-related experience, preferably directly related to the O&amp;M activities of Ambient Air Quality Stations. Possess a valid Qatar driving license. Reports To: Maintenance Engineer Company: Qatar Fabrication Company Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar<br>**PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO QATARI CANDIDATES**<br>Primary Functions The Maintenance Supervisor oversees a technical team of maintenance foremen and technicians to efficiently execute all maintenance work orders or job cards as directed by the Engineer/Planner. Integral to this role is ensuring strict compliance with the SAP PM plan and addressing specific site requirements for maintenance tasks. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for accurate data entry and completion of work orders. Solid trade knowledge and technical skills are essential for promptly attending to, addressing, and resolving equipment failures.<br>1) Site Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of maintenance foremen and technicians to ensure the effective execution of maintenance tasks. Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed according to established procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. All manhours and resource utilization for the work order must be recorded in SAP PM WO followed by review of the Maintenance Engineer Provide spare parts and external service request to Maintenance Engineer for review and necessary action. Work order completion report to be submitted to Maintenance Engineer with all findings, actions and pending items if any. Adhere to department maintenance workflow process.<br>3) Compliance with SAP PM Plan:Enforce strict adherence to the SAP PM plan for maintenance activities, including scheduling, execution, and documentation. Monitor team performance to ensure compliance with work order requirements and deadlines.<br>4) Addressing Equipment Failures:Utilize solid trade knowledge and technical skills to promptly attend to, address, and resolve equipment failures. Collaborate with maintenance team members and other stakeholders to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Respond to breakdown notification and address the issues by troubleshooting and repair. Obtain technical guidance from Maintenance Engineer as and when required.<br>5) Data Entry and Completion:Oversee accurate data entry and completion for work orders in the SAP PM system, including updating work status and recording observations. Conduct regular verification of work order data to ensure accuracy and completeness.<br>6) Communication with work groups:Closely engage with Production supervisor for equipment malfunction, observations and cascade the information to Maintenance Engineer for improvements.
