Experience in welding inspection, NDT, fabrication, piping, pressure vessels, and mechanical quality control. Ability to develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary QA/QC teams and coordinating with clients, contractors, and third-party inspectors. Experienced in conducting quality audits, managing NCRs/CAPAs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (B. E./B. Tech) in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 12 years of QA/QC experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects. Proven experience in major Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas projects.
