<p>Acts as COMPANY Site Representative onboard DSV or CLV during the execution phase in coordination with Company’s Vessel Management Team, communicating the activity status and progress to the Onshore PMT. We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially focused Commercial & Contract Manager to lead the commercial management of construction projects from tender stage through project completion. This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing all commercial, contractual, cost control, and quantity surveying activities across the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations while protecting company rights and entitlements. Support project teams with commercial advice and contract interpretation.
