In this role, you will be part of the Construction Supervision Consultant team and support the delivery of a landmark luxury hospitality and entertainment development featuring immersive entertainment experiences, world-class hospitality, premium retail, and diverse leisure attractions. You will supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of conventional and specialist electrical systems, including MV/LV power distribution, substations, emergency power, ride power, show power, entertainment lighting, audiovisual infrastructure, low-current systems, show controls, and other themed entertainment installations.</p><ul><li>Supervise the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems in accordance with the Contract Documents, approved IFC drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.</li><li>Monitor the Contractor s electrical works to ensure compliance with approved quality standards, construction methodologies, project schedules, and HSE requirements.</li><li>Review and provide technical comments on shop drawings, material submittents, method statements, RFIs, inspection requests, and other technical submissions related to electrical works.</li><li>Supervise the installation and integration of MV/LV distribution systems, substations, transformers, generators, UPS systems, lighting, emergency power systems, earthing, lightning protection, and other building electrical services.</li><li>Provide technical oversight for specialist themed entertainment electrical systems, including ride power, show power distribution, control power, entertainment lighting, audiovisual infrastructure, low-current systems, show control interfaces, and other specialist installations.</li><li>Coordinate electrical interfaces with architectural, structural, mechanical, fire and life safety, ICT, ride systems, show systems, utility infrastructure, and specialist attraction vendors.</li><li>Witness inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, functional testing, integrated systems testing, and electrical commissioning activities to verify compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Monitor construction quality through regular inspections, identify non-conforming works, and coordinate corrective actions with the Contractor and QA/QC team.</li><li>Support the Resident Engineer in evaluating variations, technical issues, engineering clarifications, and site instructions related to electrical works.</li><li>Coordinate with operators, specialist suppliers, manufacturers, and commissioning teams to support the successful integration destination developments.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in Construction Supervision or Resident Engineering roles on large multidisciplinary projects.</li><li>Proven experience supervising electrical systems associated with themed entertainment developments, theme parks, integrated resorts, attraction facilities, or other complex leisure destinations.</li><li>Strong experience with power distribution systems, emergency power, lighting systems, low-current systems, entertainment lighting, audiovisual infrastructure, and electrical building services.</li><li>Experience supervising Construction Supervisor (Mechanical & Piping) - QATAR<br><br>Job Purpose<br><br>The purpose of the Construction Supervisor (Mechanical & Piping) is to supervise and oversee all construction activities concerning Mechanical and Piping in accordance with the established CAT III, IV, V and VI Projects processes, specification, and IFC Drawings. The Construction Supervisor - Mechanical & Piping is responsible in supervising the execution of all CAT III, IV, V and VI Projects mechanical and piping construction activities safely, with the required quality, and per schedule. The role directly reports to the Head of Construction and works closely with the assigned Construction Lead. The role works in the Pool Matrix of the Construction Division. The role is applicable to Brownfield and Greenfield CAT III, IV, V and VI Projects, and in normal plant operating conditions as well as shutdowns. The role provides representation in monitoring and coordinating the site and safety activities of Contractor and its Sub-contractors. The role reports on the construction activities, progress, and areas of concern and mitigating actions. Job Purpose Apply the acquired knowledge and experience in developing methods and processes to prevent, or reduce, the likelihood or frequency of failures in I&E systems and assets.<br>Accountabilities Day to Day Accountabilities: (for I&E Reliability Engineer with major Experience in Electrical) Advise and assist Maintenance I&E Engineers, electricians and production supervisors on complex electrical repairs and troubleshooting methodologies. Develop and implement Reliability strategies by utilizing conventional techniques such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Preventive and Predictive maintenance (PPM) strategies, and other industry accepted reliability techniques to analyse Electrical equipment failures and produce cost effective strategies to ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant. Carry out detailed engineering calculations using ETAP (Load Flow, Short Circuit, Motor Starting, Protection Relays Selectivity and Coordination) and develop drawings including Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams, Cable Schedules, Interconnection drawings, electrical equipment data sheets etc. Implement Mechanical Integrity & Quality Assurance best practices. Work with other concerned departments to develop & execute appropriate Quality Assurance (QA) practices and develop a mechanism to assess the effectiveness of QA practices. Proactively identify Electrical Equipment Reliability Issues and develop engineering solutions for chronic and sporadic equipment reliability problems. Work with technical, production and maintenance departments to implement solutions. Lead Reliability Improvement efforts of the plant from the platform of Reliability Improvement Teams(RITs). Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis to identify various failure modes and recommend strategies to help improve I&E equipment reliability. Evaluate RCA reports, criticality studies, equipment strategies, and risk assessments on equipment to ensure consistency and compliance with company procedures and policies. Evaluate facility incidents that affect reliability and ensure that appropriate RCAs are performed. Assist in tracking RCA findings and completing action items in a timely manner. Reviews equipment specs/designs to ensure equipment can meet reliability objectives. Participate as a technical adviser on capital projects and turnarounds. Participates in the MOCs and PSSRs of new installations to assure adherence to functional specifications. Actively participate in shift toolbox meetings, JSAs, MSCM’s, etc. Execute Stop Work Authority and take immediate corrective actions to stop unsafe behaviours. Reporting Prepare relevant reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet the departmental requirements, policies and standards. Solid understanding of electrical protection system design and intelligent protection relays operation. Experience in failure mode/effect analysis & good understanding of failure mechanisms of Electrical equipment. Troubleshooting techniques and ability to analyze & resolve engineering problems independently. Knowledge of relevant IEC and IEEE Standards and or other well recognized standards. Familiarity with ETAP and similar system modelling & analyzing tools would be an additional advantage. Relevant experience in load flow & short circuit studies, Relay discrimination & coordination studies for an industrial electrical distribution system. Familiarity with CMMS preferably SAP.

Job Purpose:<br>The Offshore Commissioning Mechanical Lead will support and coordinate Mechanical commissioning activities for a major offshore wellhead platform project. The role is responsible for overseeing Mechanical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring safe and timely execution, while maintaining compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.<br>The role will work closely with contractors, vendors, construction teams, and commissioning disciplines to ensure successful delivery of Mechanical systems during offshore execution phases.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Lead and supervise Mechanical commissioning activities during offshore execution phases. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure safe and timely completion of Mechanical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Oversee installation, testing, preservation, commissioning, and handover of Mechanical systems and equipment. Ensure compliance with project procedures, OPERCOM methodology, ICAPS requirements, HSE standards, and applicable industry codes. Review commissioning procedures, test packages, RFC dossiers, punch lists, and handover documentation. Support troubleshooting, technical issue resolution, and closure of commissioning constraints. Provide technical guidance to Mechanical commissioning teams and monitor progress against project milestones. Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders to manage interfaces and minimise delays. Support vendor commissioning activities, including testing, documentation updates, and punch list closure.<br>Qualifications and Experience:<br>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years’ offshore oil & gas experience, including at least 5 years in a Mechanical Commissioning Lead/Supervisory role. Proven experience in offshore commissioning of wellhead platforms, offshore facilities, or similar EPCIC projects. Strong experience in Mechanical equipment installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities. Knowledge of offshore Mechanical systems, equipment packages, and relevant industry standards (API, ISO, ASTM, NACE, SSPC). Experience with OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS commissioning systems is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills in multicultural project environments. Good understanding of offshore HSE requirements and safety practices. Fluent English communication skills and computer literate. Valid offshore certifications including H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET.
