Role Purpose<br><br>The Business Data & Analytics Consultant translates client questions and operational needs into trusted analytical requirements, indicators, analyses and decision-support products. <p>We are hiring for multiple positions within <strong>Telecom Network Operations and Service Assurance</strong> in Doha, Qatar:</p><p><strong><u>1. Transmission L1 / Transmission NOC Engineer</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Monitor transmission networks 24x7 using NMS/EMS tools and identify service-impacting alarms and network events.</p></li><li><p>Monitor link/node failures, LOS/LOF, interface issues, path failures and performance degradation.</p></li><li><p>Perform initial troubleshooting and validate alarms, link/path status, interfaces and service impact.</p></li><li><p>Log and update incidents in ticketing systems and ensure SLA/TAT compliance.</p></li><li><p>Escalate unresolved and critical incidents to L2, field, fiber, power and OEM/vendor teams.</p></li><li><p>Maintain shift handover notes, incident logs and outage reports.</p></li></ul><p><strong><u>2. Problem Management Analyst / Problem Manager – Service Assurance</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Identify recurring incidents, major incidents and chronic service degradation requiring problem management.</p></li><li><p>Lead RCA using structured methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone and Fault Tree Analysis.</p></li><li><p>Analyse incident trends and identify recurring or pattern-based failures.</p></li><li><p>Define, track and validate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</p></li><li><p>Maintain the Known Error Database (KEDB) and RCA repository.</p></li><li><p>Prepare problem management reports, dashboards and trend analysis.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with L1/L2/L3 operations, engineering teams and vendors.</p></li><li><p>Support ITIL-based problem management, governance and continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><p><strong><u>6.
