<li>Maintain Issue Register identifying and resolving critical issues including new technology risks(under area of responsibility) which could impact new project Reliability and Availability.</li>
<li>Provide Management of Change related technical support to assigned Assets (Operations)and identifying timely solutions to ensure Asset Integrity and Reliability sustaining safe and continuous plant environment.</li>
<li>Active participation in Safety Workshops, Cold Eye Reviews and Value Improvement Workshops. Steward and participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), scenario based risk assessments (SBRAs), risk screening and Formal Risk Assessment (FRA).</li>

Coordinate visitor management processes, including access passes, desk bookings, new joiner support and client arrival arrangements. Manage incoming and outgoing post, courier services, deliveries, archiving requirements and related records. Provide document and administrative support, including printing, scanning, copying, binding and business card management. Maintain stationery, catering and pantry supplies, ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished as required. Conduct regular office inspections, monitoring housekeeping, presentation standards, maintenance issues and health and safety risks. Liaise with contractors, suppliers and building management to help ensure the workplace remains safe, efficient and well maintained. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Administrative Officer to support the Company's accounting and administrative operations.<br>The role will primarily focus on accounting activities, including bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, financial documentation, and other assigned accounting functions. The position will also provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.<br>The Accounts & Administrative Officer will work closely with the Accountant and will be responsible for independently handling certain assigned accounting processes while providing support on other accounting activities. The scope of independently assigned responsibilities may develop over time based on the employee's experience, performance, and the operational requirements of the Company.<br>Accounting Responsibilities Handle assigned day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities accurately and on a timely basis. Handle assigned accounts payable and/or accounts receivable activities, including recording transactions, maintaining records, and following up on outstanding items. Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures. Practical knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with accounting software is preferred. Strong numerical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to take responsibility for assigned processes and complete tasks accurately within established deadlines.
