Assigns responsibility to executing project plans for key subordinates and assesses how to utilize their qualifications and strengths. Provides input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates. Promotes technical excellence as well as the improvement of the Quality Improvement Process. Mobilizes Company resources, through effective liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work. Works with individual lead discipline engineer to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of a project. Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans. Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule. Works with individual lead discipline to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. Advises the customer and Company management of any such changes. Oversees establishment of Work Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and other documents for hazardous waste work. May participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of customers. Completes other responsibilities associated with the position as may be appropriate<br><br>HSE Management<br><br>Work with project manager(s) and other team members to visibly support and comply to the One-Way program and ensure that HSE requirements are followed by all project participants<br><br>Customer Relationships<br><br>Establish and maintain good working relationships throughout the project and post completion Identify, document and communicate the customer requirements Ensure effective management of multiple stakeholders<br><br>Commercial Management<br><br>Ensure effective management of Worley Parsons/Customer contract, including delivery of the budget gross margin.<br><br> Scope Management<br><br>Ensure effective handover from Business Development Group Ensure a clear definition of scope Ensure compliance with requirements of the contract Apply an effective change control process Manage and monitor project performance on an ongoing basis to identify issues and opportunities early and take pre-emptive action. Effectively manage project interfaces, including use of High Value Engineering centres<br><br>Time Management<br><br>Manage the planning of all scope elements of the project. Develop resource & financial requirements from the project plan. Manage the design, procurement and construction activities to meet the project schedule. Monitor the key reports and the development of corrective action plans. Ensure timely and effective documentation turnover and project close-out.<br><br>Cost Control<br><br>Ensure that all estimates which are prepared for the project are accurate project estimates. Ensure that all proper and accurate cost reports are provided for control of the project. Monitor and control all cost aspects of the project to forecast costs, obtain approvals, identify trends and take action to avoid cost overruns and take advantage of opportunities.<br><br>Quality Management<br><br>Ensure the project quality requirements are properly defined and fully implemented. Ensure the right systems are in place and that these are applied on the project. Ensure compliance with Worley Parsons policies and procedures. Implement as part of the project a lessons learned program on the project consistent with WP requirements.<br><br>Team Management<br><br>Define roles and responsibilities and provide clear and focused leadership for the project team to create a vision for project success and a strategy to fit that vision<br><br>Communications Management<br><br>Ensure effective communications with the project team. Document communication requirements. Ensure accurate, timely & effective progress reporting to the Customer and internally to Worley Parsons management. Ensure ongoing monitoring of the communication network between project staff, the customer and third parties and introduction of changes where required.<br><br>Risk Management<br><br>Identify project risks and opportunities. Monitor closure of all identified risks and opportunities. Maintain the risk management focus throughout the project duration<br><br>Design Management<br><br>Set clear objectives for the design team. Ensure design team are aware of, and are complying with, customer's Basis of Design and applicable regulations and codes. Monitor design activities, inter-discipline data flow and communications<br><br>Procurement/Subcontracts Management<br><br>Set clear objectives for the procurement and subcontracts team. Assess procurement process throughout the project to ensure goods meet specification and are delivered on time and are within budget.<br><br>Construction Management<br><br>Set clear objectives for the Construction team. Monitor the Construction Management function to ensure safe delivery of the project within cost and schedule objectives<br><br>Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training<br><br>Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage.<br><br>Industry Specific Experience<br><br>Prior experience must include significant project experience and successful project management. Vast relevant experience in a supervisory and/or project management role including technical expertise. Mandatory experience in FEED and Detail Design for large Offshore Brownfield Projects.<br><br>HSE Capability<br><br>Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements. <li>Manage professional scheduling for Head of Department or E&C manager, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.</li>
<li>Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives.</li>

<p><strong>Personnel management:</strong></p><br>

<li>Manage, coordinate, and arrange department’s travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.</li>
<li>Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business</li>
<li>Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite</li>
<li>Personnel Leave Management</li>
<li>Manage onboarding of new joiners and offboarding of departing employees. Main Master List records.</li>
<li>Book and follow contractors newcomer onboarding process including:<ul>
<li>Incident Free training with COMPANY training Dept/HR</li>
<li>PPE request</li>
<li>IS request (User Access, Software/Hardware arrangements)</li>

<li>Handle Employee expense claims.</li>
<li>Request and follow up E&C contractor the resources assignment to fulfill manning plan provided by Construction coordinator.</li>
<li>Confirm with contractor all assigned resources have their certificates up to date.</li>
<li>Ensure proper communication with contractor to ensure timely mobilization of personnel.</li>
<li>Manage mobilization and field movement of 300-400 pax personnel.</li>
<li>Request and follow up E&C contractor the resources assignment to fulfill manning plan provided by Construction coordinator.</li>
<li>Confirm with contractor all assigned resources have their certificates up to date.</li>
<li>Ensure proper communication with contractor to ensure Personnel mobilization</li>
<li>Manage onshore training assignment for offshore personnel (TRF, communication with their relative company for hotel booking, transportation).</li>
<li>Office/desks arrangement for E&C employees.</li>
<li>Coordinate and follow up all General Services requests for E&C.</li>
<li>E&C Intranet page publications / updates</li>

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst & QA with strong bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English to support business and technology initiatives. Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst (Finance) Company: Nakilat Location: Doha, Qatar<br>Job Summary and Purpose Design, build, implement and improve the SAP finance solution services to all divisions within NAKILAT and its joint ventures. Leverage organizational capabilities and take up projects to automate the manual process with various SAP smart solutions.<br>Accountabilities<br>Key Accountabilities:SAP Implementation and Support:<br>Participate in leading SAP FSCM / SAP TRM / SAP FICO implementation and provide system support and continuous improvement for NAKILAT and its joint ventures. Provide post implementation supports to users in finance, controlling, project systems, treasury modules. Work with individual Finance division in providing SAP solutions or workaround. Provide support to Finance and Treasury divisions in carrying out their month end and year end closing activities successfully including GR/IR clearing, foreign currency valuations, internal order settlement, project settlement, corporate service allocation, customer and G/L balances carried forward, etc. Interact with SAP ABAP Team in designing the custom development or enhancement in SAP. Implement any legal requirements for the State of Qatar, for example, withholding tax. Work with SAP Basis team in designing roles and authorization matrix for the end user making sure that there is no conflict of duty and users are given authorization only to their respected company codes. Create SAP training materials and provide SAP training to end users. Provide new enhancements to existing finance processes. Provide a streamlined approach and solution with new enhancement to effectively and efficiently execute finance related processes/transactions. Design and configure new enhancements, RFC changes, break fix service desk tickets in SAP FSCM / SAP TRM. Assist in developing business analytical reports and dashboards using Power Bi / SAP Data Sphere.<br>Documentation: Maintain RFC (Request for Change) for production support related issues. Maintain Project documentations, Business process documents and configuration documentation.<br>Problem Management: Work closely with the business users & relevant department to analyze, investigate issues/problems & provide the solution. Document issues & solutions.<br>Qualifications, Experience and Job Skills<br>Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or in a related field Specialized certificates in FICO / FSCM module.<br>Experience:5-7 years of SAP experience of which a minimum of 3 years should be in a similar position, preferably in a similar industry<br>Job Specific Skills:Advanced knowledge of SAP FSCM / SAP TRM / SAP FICO modules. Knowledge in all sub-modules of Finance, with the support of strong experience with each sub-modules. Good client-facing, problem Solving and analytical skills. Good understanding of S4 solutions, BTP, Fiori Apps and integrations. Strong knowledge in business data modelling preferably using Data Sphere Good understanding of Dashboard reporting and ability to develop business analytical dashboards using Power Bi.
