<b>Job Description</b><p><b>Overview</b></p><br><p>The secondees will play a critical role in strengthening Client’s Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) by leading the development of integrated reporting systems, dashboards, and data-driven performance frameworks. They will ensure alignment of programmes and projects with organizational objectives, while embedding international best practices in governance, monitoring, and evaluation. Through strategic advisory, knowledge management, and capacity building, the secondees will enhance transparency, decision-making, and overall maturity of programme and project delivery across Client.</p><br><p><b>Your role</b></p><br><ul><li>Lead the development of enterprise reporting systems in Client for both programs and</li><li>assets.</li><li>Coordinate the development of enterprise dashboard solutions based on integrated data</li><li>warehouse solution selected by the organization.</li><li>Align all external reports to ensure consistency and data quality.</li><li>Work with technical office manager to meet regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements.</li><li>Building the internal capacities within the organization in reporting, dashboard solution, data</li><li>analytics and management.</li><li>Provide advisory level feedback on programmes and operations performance in Client.</li><li>Provide strategic advice and oversight on programmatic and project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and success criteria.</li><li>Lead the development and implementation of programme/project management frameworks, policies, and best practices in line with international standards.</li><li>Support governance structures by advising on high-value and high-risk engagements, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effective decision-making.</li><li>Develop and maintain programme/project planning tools, including resource tracking, forecasting, dependencies, and milestone management.</li><li>Establish effective monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring all projects track scope, cost, schedule, quality, and defined milestones.</li><li>Facilitate and coordinate assurance boards, project reviews, and reporting to ensure performance transparency and accountability.</li><li>Provide quality control for project documents, evaluation reports, and management products to</li><li>ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.</li><li>Drive knowledge management initiatives, ensuring lessons learned and best practices are captured, shared, and embedded into future projects.</li><li>Support capacity building by delivering training, mentoring, and internal consulting in programme and project management methodologies.</li><li>Represent EPMO in high-level interactions with stakeholders, ensuring consistent application of project governance.</li><li>Contribute to policy development, guidance materials, and tools that enhance maturity and effectiveness of programme/project delivery.</li><li>Promote a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across the enterprise project management community.</li></ul><p><b>About you</b></p><br><p><b>Mandatory requirements</b></p><br><ul><li>University degree from a recognised university in an appropriate field such as Engineering or</li><li>Architecture or equivalent.</li><li>Chartered status or Professional License from internationally recognized professional</li><li>institutions or organizations.</li><li>Minimum of 25 years postgraduate experience with experience in major infrastructure</li><li>projects or programmes. Prepare and manage detailed MEP cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans throughout all project stages. Review and collaborate with design teams to ensure MEP designs are commercially viable and aligned with project budget objectives. Manage the procurement process for MEP works, including preparation of tender documentation, tender analysis, bid evaluation, and contract recommendations. Job Purpose/ Objectives Develop inspection and testing program to mitigate all risks identified through RBI that may cause a hazardous chemical release or production loss. Carry Out day to day inspection activity of assigned area/plant as per inspection schedule.<br>Accountabilities Plant Inspection of Pressure Vessels, Piping and Tanks Attend Corrective repair inspection on need basis. This includes preparing/approving Repair and alteration travel sheets and stage wise inspection. Prepare inspection reports and inspection recommendations after documenting inspections in Meridium and generating SAP Notifications. Follow up of Inspection Recommendations with maintenance and Production until completion. PRV Schedules, Documentation and updating Meridium. Turnaround Inspection and Documentation. Weekly Call out and leave coverage of colleague. Designated Site Representative for external NDT Technicians and inspectors Arrang and coordinate NDT Technicians, Contract inspectors and external contractors, Verifying Contractor Quality requirements, documentation. Conduct Toolbox talks, safety coaching and supervision of Contract inspectors and technicians. Projects Inspection, Welder Qualification, Verification of Quality Documents Lead Team of Contract Inspectors/ NDT Technicians during turnaround. RITs and other reliability improvement efforts Identify Reliability Improvement opportunities and initiate proactive actions to prevent failures and reduce risk to plant personal and equipment. Attend Multidisciplinary RIT meetings and carry forward reliability improvement efforts. Attend Coordination meetings with Production / Maintenance and Technical. Conduct root cause failure analysis along with assigned stationary equipment engineer and act provide all field data and observations. OE Compliance, ISO 9001, Responsible Care and Insurance Requirements Follow up all action tracker items related to Mechanical Integrity and ensure that all are completed before due date. Attends once a month hotel s Sales/Rooms Division and Credit meeting Business Plan / Budget: Targets to achieve key figures from key accounts / key markets through preparation and execution of proper action plan for his/her field of responsibility Accounts Receivable: Is co-responsible for the settlement of outstanding, respectively the follow up on a regular basis towards local Travel Trade to match credit policy in close co-ordination with the Credit Manager / Rooms Division Establishes and signs contracts with local In-bound Operators/Travel Agents /Corporate considering the official Rate Policy in co-ordination with the General Manager Conducts rate market surveys to advise management of actual market trends Establishes and co-signs contracts with Inter-national Tour Operators/Corporate respecting the Rate Policy and Contract Policy together with the General Manager. He/she conducts prior discussions with the partners to prepare final contracting Special deals (out of guidelines and rate policy) must in any case be discussed, co-ordinated and approved prior to offer with the hotel s management Ensures all staff are thoroughly familiar with the Hotel s emergency procedures and is in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur Execution of regular technical/skills training. Is responsible for setting up and maintaining ongoing training programs in the department in conjunction with the Director, People & Culture and Manager, People Development. Maintains a monthly overview of vacation- and public holiday balance of all his/her staff and delivers a monthly consolidated summary to the Director, People & Culture. He/she is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility Assumes responsibility of Duty Manager when scheduled to do so.
