<p>Assist the deck foreman in all deck activities including housekeeping/washing, with a focus on rigging and lifting operations, and offload/backload cargo on all Company offshore platforms to ensure their safe and efficient operation and performance. Support the maintenance, inspection and operational activities on the platforms in compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.</p><p>Reports to Production Foreman/Deck Foreman. Direct reports: None. Internal Liaise with Radio Operator, Offshore Medic, various offshore dept. teams and disciplined Supervisors, Onshore Logistic Co-ordinator. Emergency Response team member duties, as assigned. Work 28/28 rotation, working 12-hour shifts. Support 24-hour crane and helideck coverage on as need basis.</p><p>As defined for this job level in the Delegation of Authority and/or approved budget.</p><p>Ensure all activities are undertaken in compliance with Company Safety, Health and Environment and Quality policies, regulations and standards.</p><p>Contribute to the development of Qatari employees. This accountability is a condition of employment for expatriate employees.</p><p>Ensure all activities undertaken comply with anti trust and competition laws and the Company firewall policies and procedures.</p><p>Execute deck crew operations with cargo and equipment movements, backload/offload including equipment and material distribution on the main complex and on remote platforms, including compliance to permit to work system. Prepare interfiled material movement cargo manifests for all the items loaded from remote well head platforms. Provide technical support to infield crane operations and general inspections on all platforms to ensure compliance with company procedures and policies, including crane logbook entry compliance. Assist with infield supervision of any Personnel Basket Transfer by crane, due to restrictive conditions. Perform tasks on cranes including repositioning crane arm, lowering or lifting pulley, testing equipment etc., as instructed in providing support to the maintenance or safety crew. Provide rigging services and ensure waste segregation and general deck housekeeping services are completed including washing of platforms and bridges, including assisting scaffolding teams. Assist the maintenance and inspection team during process vessel entry activities (confined space), ensuring thorough internal cleaning is conducted under breathing apparatus (BA) system.</p><p>Provide helideck operations services, supporting and implementing the duties as a certified Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO), during landing, take-off and emergency events on the helideck in compliance with international standards and procedure as prescribed by the local Aviation Authority. Provide helicopter re-fuel services including related fuel storage, sampling logging and fuel skid certification requirements. Assist the foreman in maintaining records of all certified lifting gear available on each platform, ensuring compliance with all requirements for inspection and recertification activities. Implement daily routine lifting plans, as required in the company s lifting procedure including maintaining consumable item stock levels on all decks. Coordinate and assist the safe movement of hazardous good to and from the platforms in line with International Dangerous Goods (IMDG) regulations. Perform duties as part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), responding during emergencies as assigned including familiarity to casualty transfer by boat and helicopters. <p>1. Process transactions including account opening and management, remittances and inquiries, loan issuance and repayment, treasury back-office operations, and trade finance transactions (L/G, L/C, Funded Risk Participation), etc. Input the transactions into the system and submit them to the Head/Deputy Head of the Banking Department for checking and authorization.
2. Strictly follow the requirements of the AML/CFT Manual and Compliance Manual. Carry out AML checks during transaction processing and implement the Bank's AML policy. Report any suspicious transactions to the Head of the Banking Department.
3. Assist in updating the regulations and internal protocols related to the Bank's commercial banking services.
4. Complete the reconciliation of customers' bank accounts on a monthly basis and the Bank's Nostro accounts on a daily basis. Record transactions daily and file the processed transaction vouchers on a regular basis.
5. Communicate with counterparts at correspondent/respondent banks using effective communication skills, and process payments in all currencies.
