Job Purpose Summary: <br> <p>The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and leading IT Service Management program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates ITD‘s Service Management operations and delivery within the GITD. The position ensures the management and employees are in compliance with ITSM rules and regulations, that IT policies and procedures are being followed, and that behaviour in the organization meets the bank’s Standards of Conduct. He / She will lead a successful transition of every system (or release of systems or upgrades) delivered by every ITD Program into Operational support at various endpoints</p><br> <br> <br><br> Essential Duties & Responsibilities by Dimensions: <br> <p><strong>A. Shareholder & Financial:</strong></p><br><p>- Develops initiates, maintains, and revises ITSM policies and procedures for ITD operation of Compliance of ITD delivery and its related activities to prevent unauthorized, or improper deployment of code base and ITD components </p><br><p>- Manages day-to-day operation of ITSM Program </p><br><p>- Develops and periodically reviews and updates Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to management and employees </p><br><p>- Collaborates with other departments (Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee Services) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk </p><br><p>- Develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of IT problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future </p><br><p>- Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers</p><br><p>- Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory </p><br><p>- Evaluating a service desk and assessing its efficiency Monitoring on time service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service </p><br><p>- Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues </p><br><p>- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes Implements KPI’s and best practices for IT Service Management </p><br><p>- Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank.</p><br><p><strong>B. Customer (Internal & External):</strong></p><br><p>- Coordinate and act as the central point of contact between internal IT Compliance authorities in complying with various IT Compliance requirements </p><br><p>- Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance, governance activities of ITD departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities </p><br><p>- Ensures proper reporting of ITD violations or potential violations as appropriate and/or required </p><br><p>- Coordinate among different IT departments in design and development of relevant Service Management policies, standards, procedures, guidelines Ensure confidentiality, integrity and reliability of documentation within ITD </p><br><p>- Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with all other related departments and units in ensuring necessary alignment to the Group’s goals/ objectives </p><br><p>- Provide timely and accurate information to the external auditors, internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required to assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests. </p><br><p>- Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time. </p><br><p>- Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives. </p><br><p>- Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required.</p><br><p><strong>C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):</strong></p><br><p>- Responsible for closing any audit gaps across the ITD with respect to IT processes, IT systems or people </p><br><p>- Assess the risks to ITD and prepare appropriate remediation plan as part of the IT risk management process </p><br><p>- Design, develop, implement and update policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and system documentations as per requirements of Group ITD </p><br><p>- Fully understand the Group’s operating environment to ensure proper updates of existing manuals and documents to reflect system changes </p><br><p>- Ensure all policies, standards, procedures, guidelines and system documentations are implemented and followed as defined on a daily basis </p><br><p>- Act as an advisor to other departments within Group ITD, for accurate execution of IT policies, standards, procedures, guidelines and system documentations </p><br><p>- Act as the owner of all documentations within Group ITD, irrespective of the department handling it </p><br><p>- Adhere to QNB documentation standards in terms of order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology </p><br><p>- Review project documentation produced by other departments within ITD to ensure compliance with existing documentation standards </p><br><p>- Interview concerned IT personnel and read journals and other material to become familiar with the software product technologies on Service Management lines of business </p><br><p>- Take responsibility of the closure of all audit terms with respect to Group ITD’s documentations</p><br><p><strong>D. <p>Provide technical guidance to support the Transportation Network and Airfield Pavement Activity Management Plan (TNAP) AMP as required by the contract. This position will be in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP), and it is located at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Doha, Qatar. Essential Responsibilities: Provides management service of airfield pavements and transportation infrastructure networks to enable the safe and efficient movement of people, equipment, aircraft, and material across the installation and airfield. Advise and assist in a portfolio-wide view of facilities and linear infrastructure at the highest level. Provide technical guidance to support the Heavy Pavements Sub-AMP, Pavements/Airfield Pavements Sub-AMP duties and responsibilities. Responsible for an asset lifecycle management portfolio containing all Air Force-owned roads, bridges, parking lots, curbs and gutters, traffic signals, signage, marking, sidewalks, walkways, rail systems, docks, final denial barriers (FDB), FDB control systems, FDB supporting safety systems and traffic management and planning. This AMP Manager s subject matter expertise shall lend itself to providing the Government with recommendations on how best to invest in the assets under their purview and align its efforts under four main lines of effort: Asset Visibility, Requirements, Planning, and Performance. Advise and assist the Government to ensure the asset inventory reflects sufficient level of detail to enable investment decisions. Advise and assist with the development of the Future Years Defense Program +3 (FYDP+3) for infrastructure pavements. Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) reviews of data and use gap analysis to identify where Sub-AMP and subject matter experts shall collect additional data. Implement data standards for assets within respective portfolios and provide guidance to Sub-AMPs and the Built Infrastructure Assessment Team (BIAT) on which inventory to prioritize and advise on how often and when to conduct condition assessments. Support condition assessments and provide guidance to ensure relevant data has visibility and analysis. Work with Operations Flight shops, subject matter experts, and the Engineering Flight to advise and assist the Government on the condition assessment methodology and approach to ensure the data is adequate and the data resulting from the condition assessments are properly documented. Advise and assist the Government in defining and prioritizing requirements within respective activities. Integrate requirements from Sub-AMPs within their activity and identify target years for project development, design, and execution. Advise and assist on creating requirements to support future opportunities deriving from asset analysis. Utilize appropriate systems to identify investment requirements at facility or equivalent master-asset level to repair/sustain systems throughout their life cycle. Advise and assist on developing requirements which may be executed through organic Operations Flight labor or through projects managed in the Engineering Flight. Perform work planning, including grouping of requirements into opportunities and developing a rough cost and work estimate for them. Lead semi-annual AMP working groups. AMP working groups should discuss the status of asset visibility, the current risk in asset portfolios, project candidates, performance assessments of key performance indicators (KPI), a review of any completed AMP objectives, and a summary of AMP objectives to accomplish in the coming year. When construction impacting the TNAP AMP is completed the TNAP AMP Manager will update the Pavements Condition Index in PAVER with no more than one (1) error per update. Advise and assist the Government in the development of metrics and KPIs to ensure activities deliver optimal service.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><b>Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:</b> Civil Engineer Bachelor s Degree from an ABET Accredited University with at least five (5) years experience in pavement, construction, and maintenance and transportation infrastructure management. Experience with pavement management systems is preferred. Must have an equivalent of an Air Force minimum 5 level or equal and 5 years experience in pavement maintenance and repair, asphalt paving, concrete paving, and pavement marking. Prior R&R experience preferred. Must be familiar with PAVER, serve as the engineering expert and liaison for the Traffic Safety Council, and work with the sub-AMP managers assigned to areas of TNAP responsibilities. Required to complete AFIT WENG 200, WENG 400, WENG 555, WMGT 241, WMGT 331, WMGT 341, WMGT 417 required and WENG 550 desired. All required courses are offered online or live broadcast and shall be completed through the first available offering after hiring date. Must be familiar with NexGen IT and BUILDER SMS. Ability to exercise discretion and make effective decisions. Solid communications and strong interpersonal skills a must. Strong ability to work and lead as a member of a diverse, dynamic team. This position is in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) and is located at Al Udeid Air Base, Doha, Qatar.</p><p>Essential Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Create and print custom maps via Defense Area Printing Service (DAPS) or other Government-directed system upon the request of the Customer.</li><li>Save the maps to the Government IDMS or other media as requested.</li><li>Provide engineering surveys for facility projects, construction layout, utility location, and disaster response (e.g., topography, boundary, construction, and <p>The Executive Chef is responsible for all food production in Spuntino Restaurant, Duchess Tea Lounge, Loulou Plage, The Bar, In-Room Dining and the Employee Restaurant. The Executive Chef is also responsible for the Stewarding department to ensure highest cleaning practices are in place at all times.</p>
<p>The Executive Chef will develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. Supervise the kitchen and stewarding teams. Develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards at all times.</p>
