We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Group Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing strategy, corporate brand, market positioning, communications and marketing performance across our diversified Group businesses in Qatar. This is a strategic leadership position, not a role limited to social media, events, graphic design or corporate communications. The successful candidate will establish a unified Group brand while developing differentiated and commercially focused marketing strategies for individual business units across Real Estate Development, Construction, Facilities Management, Manufacturing and Fit-Out. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a senior marketing professional with experience working within a diversified group, holding company, real estate developer, construction group, industrial organisation or integrated services company. Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience. Minimum 3 years in a marketing management or leadership role. Proven experience managing marketing across multiple companies, brands, business units or service lines. The Temporary Instruction Librarian serves as a primary liaison and instructional partner across assigned academic departments, designing and delivering responsive research and information literacy services that align with departmental curricula. This role will cultivate specialized library collections, advance scholarly communication, and develop collaborative outreach programs to enrich the academic and cultural life of the GU-Q community.<br>This is a full-time, temporary position with a duration of up to six months. As this position is based in Doha, Qatar and offers no relocation assistance, GU-Q is looking for locally based candidates only. <p>The Programmer is to provide planning, project programming and other administrative duties as required by a USAF engineering contract. This position will be in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) and it is located at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Doha, Qatar. Essential Responsibilities: • Provide planning, project programming and other administrative duties as required by the contract. • Program all projects IAW latest AFCENT Business Rules for the Execution of the Integrated Priority List guidance and DAFI 32-1020, Planning and Programming Built Infrastructure Projects and support the facility board process by participating in meetings, preparing briefings, and inspections. • Must prepare, maintain and document approval documents, records, reports, and data associated with project programming and make available upon request from the Customer. In conjunction with the real property accountable officer, the Programmer will provide a recommendation to the Government regarding if capitalization of any of the project work is necessary. If the Government concurs that capitalization is necessary, the Programmer will initiate a draft DD Form 1354, Transfer and Acceptance of Military Real Property, identifying all work needing to be capitalized. Will provide all programming documents to include draft DD Form 1391, DD Form 1354 (draft) and/or AF Form 300 (as applicable) within 30 calendar days of WRRB approval with no more than two (2) missed due dates allowed per month. • Will assist with the development and maintenance of project data files (including complete project requirements, justification, and environmental compliance criteria data) within NexGen IT or other database as designated by the Customer. • Will monitor, update, and verify accuracy and consistency of project data including review of all open work on the facility and existing projects on a facility to identify and eliminate duplication. The Director of Residences will own the development and implementation of property-wide initiatives that deliver products and services that create owner engagement while remaining in-line with the Residential entity governing agreements. Acts as the liaison between the Hotel/Resort, the Developer, and the Homeowner and fosters positive relationships between all parties.</p><br><br><br><p><b><span>TASKS</span> </b></p><br><br><br><p><b><span>Property Management</span> </b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Establish and execute an annual residential operations plan</span></li><li><span>· Establish and execute risk management, preventive maintenance and ongoing regular maintenance plans for the development · </span></li><li><span>Respond appropriately in the event of any residential emergency or safety situation complying with local codes and ordinance ensuring homeowner and team safety · </span></li><li><span>Ensure all relevant Four Seasons residential policies and procedures are developed, implemented and actioned · </span></li><li><span>Direct and supervise all key management in carrying out their operating responsibilities, coordinating efforts and establishing priorities where necessary · </span></li><li><span>Manage all purchasing, procurement and third-party contracts on behalf of the residential entity</span></li></ul><br><p><b><span>Financial Management</span> </b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Monitor and review the monthly profit and loss statement of each entity, analyze the results and take action when necessary ·</span></li><li><span>Lead residential budgeting process and annual meetings in accordance with the entities bi-laws · </span></li><li><span>Control expenses based on HOA budget · </span></li><li><span>Control all capital and reserve fund expenditures and ensure the proper guidelines are adhered to and projects are completed on a timely basis · </span></li><li><span>Comprehend and present allocation methods, budget process and financial reports, with the assistance of the Director of Finance ·</span></li><li><span>Make suggestions for improvements in overall operations with an emphasis on increasing owner satisfaction, revenue and reducing costs</span></li></ul><br><p><b><span>Asset Management</span> </b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Conduct regular inspections of exclusive and common area residential spaces, make recommendations for improvements, address deficiencies · </span></li><li><span>Prepare and execute capital expenditure plan/reserve study plan · Actively participate in all appropriate committees such as energy conservation program, safety committees, recycling programs etc. · </span></li><li><span>Ensure the residential facilities are well maintained with respect to Housekeeping and Engineering · </span></li><li><span>Oversee preventive maintenance and deep cleaning programs such as “Perfect Residences and/or Villa” initiatives, with the Directors of Housekeeping and the Director Engineering’s assistance · </span></li><li><span>Manage all purchasing, procurement and third-party contracts on behalf of the Residential entity.</span></li></ul><p><b><span>HOA Management</span> </b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Manage and conduct meetings with the HOA/Board of Directors, lead HOA budgeting and annual meetings · </span></li><li><span>Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental deliverables and items to be actioned as per the governing documents (bi-laws, declaration, rules and regulations etc.). · </span></li><li><span>Demonstrate an understanding of all legal agreements pertaining to the operation of the residential entities </span></li><li><span>Discuss and explain all rules and regulations for Private Residences, Condos, and Residence Club etc. to homeowners · </span></li><li><span>Educate owners regarding their entitlements as it relates to their specific ownership</span></li></ul><p><b><span>Residential Services & Lifestyle</span> </b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Convey clear instructions, leadership and guidance to the residential team with the intent to achieve homeowner’s satisfaction at the highest level ·</span></li><li><span>Develop and maintain solid working relationships with the developer, Hotel/Resort personnel and the residential owners through friendly, courteous and professional demeanors · </span></li><li><span>Develop and enforce residential service and product quality standards </span></li><li><span>Personally meet and interact with owners, review all written owner comments and follow up on any owner service issues or needs</span></li></ul><p><b><span>People Management</span> </b></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Represent the interests of the residents, and residential employees in a fair, impartial and equitable manner · </span></li><li><span>Implement and develop training programs in all departments to produce in-depth qualified personnel, to ensure continuity of management, and prepare for vacancies and/or transfer requirements · Complete performance reviews for all residential personnel including management, according to established performance standards · </span></li><li><span>Educate property team on residential updates, priorities and programs </span></li><li><span>Mentor, lead and develop talent within property;
