Preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures or rail related experience, 15 years in similar position, and 5 years in Qatar and / or the Gulf region. Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong problem solving skills, relationship management and communication skills.<br><br>Desirable Requirements<br><br>Masters degree in project management, road operations , KPI or strategy.
