Health, Safety & Environment Manager (HSEM) Operations & Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants Location: Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Manager (HSEM) to lead the HSE function for a major government Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract covering sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, wastewater networks, and associated infrastructure across Qatar. Manage high-risk activities including:Confined Space Entry Permit-to-Work Systems Hazardous Gases Chemical Handling & Storage Electrical Isolation (LOTO) Hot Work Working at Height Lifting Operations Sludge Handling Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct audits, inspections, compliance monitoring, and performance reviews across all operational locations. Develop and deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, emergency response exercises, and safety awareness campaigns. Monitor environmental performance including waste management, spill prevention, chemical controls, and wastewater-related environmental compliance. Oversee security risk management, site protection measures, and emergency preparedness. Prepare management reports, KPIs, audit reports, HSE statistics, and client presentations. Requirements Essential Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or another relevant technical discipline. Minimum 20 years of professional experience. At least 10 years' experience in a senior HSE management role within:Wastewater Treatment Sewage Treatment Plants Utilities Water Infrastructure Operations & Maintenance Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site HSE teams. <p>The Service Provider shall provide a cabin seat expertise service that shall include, but not limited to, the below described activities:</p><p>1. CABIN SURVEY</p><ul><li>Conduct cabin survey to identify operational defects related to the Aircraft Seats.</li><li>Support meet & greet.</li><li>Analyze the spare parts listed in the aircraft logbooks and linked to the Aircraft Seats, this list shall be part of the daily activity report.</li><li>Implement an Action Item Log to follow-up in-service technical issues linked to the Aircraft Seats.</li><li>Take any action to prevent seat lockout (day to day activity).</li></ul><p>2.
