Role Description This full-time, on-site Help Desk Technician role is based in Doha, Qatar. The Help Desk Technician will provide first-line technical support for desktop computers, peripherals, and standard business applications, responding to user inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing computer repair and maintenance, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support when needed. The role also involves documenting support requests, maintaining accurate records in the ticketing system, and assisting with equipment setup, configuration, and updates to ensure stable and secure operations. Qualifications Ability to provide Help Desk Support and Technical Support for end users in an office environment.
