<span>The Engineer Meter – Water is responsible for overseeing the operation, installation, maintenance, calibration, and performance of water metering systems. This is an initial 2-month contract with strong potential for extension, making it ideal for professionals who are immediately available or can mobilise at short notice.<br><br>The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality electrical designs, developing BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring all engineering deliverables meet project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Design and develop LV/MV electrical power distribution systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Prepare electrical calculations including load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop, short-circuit analysis, protection coordination, and fault level calculations. Produce single-line diagrams, power layouts, lighting layouts, containment drawings, panel schedules, and detailed engineering documentation. Design indoor, outdoor, and emergency lighting systems using Dialux or Relux. Design fire alarm, emergency communication, public address, voice evacuation, and life safety systems in accordance with international standards. Develop designs for ELV systems including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS, IPTV, nurse call, and building automation systems. Perform generator sizing, UPS calculations, power factor correction, harmonic analysis, and energy efficiency studies. Develop accurate 3D electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve multidisciplinary clashes using Navisworks. Create, modify, and maintain Revit families for electrical equipment, lighting fixtures, panels, and containment systems. Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, mechanical, and public health engineering teams throughout all project stages. Prepare design documentation suitable for concept, detailed design, tender, and construction phases. Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Common Data Environment (CDE) procedures, and international engineering standards. Job Summary Serve as the HVAC engineer for international projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: HVAC design calculations, overall planning, technical management, document design, checking, and review, as well as procurement technical support (such as tender document preparation, bid evaluation, clarifications, drawing review, FAT, etc.)Principal Responsibilities Coordinate with international clients to address project-related issues and inquiries raised by the client. Job Purpose The Cost Control Engineer is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project costs throughout the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project lifecycle to ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and in accordance with contractual and organizational requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project budgets, cost baselines, and cost control procedures. Monitor project costs, commitments, and expenditures against approved budgets. Analyze cost variances and prepare cost forecasts, including Estimate at Completion (EAC). Prepare periodic cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports. Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis to monitor project cost performance. Evaluate variations and change orders, ensuring their financial impact is accurately reflected in project budgets. Key Responsibilities Commission AV systems (audio, video, lighting, and control), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across all components. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and fault resolution to maintain functional, high-quality AV installations. Calibrate audio and video devices (speakers, microphones, displays, projectors, and cameras) for best sound and visual quality. Collaborate with designers, programmers, and project managers for smooth project delivery and system optimization.
