Conduct inspections, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely completion of rectification works.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out, joinery, aluminum, or related interior construction projects. Strong experience in site supervision, installation coordination, and quality control. Ability to take accurate site measurements and prepare measurement reports. Strong ability to read and understand architectural, shop, and fabrication drawings. Good knowledge of joinery, aluminum systems, glazing, and interior finishing works, installation techniques. Proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office. Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements. Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and material submittals. Perform site inspections and verify installation quality. Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues. Support testing and commissioning activities for LV, MV, and related electrical systems. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, inspection records, and project documentation. Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures. Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company quality procedures. Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations.<br><br>Education<br><br>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electrical installation, construction, testing, commissioning, or utility infrastructure projects. Experience in large-scale infrastructure, utility, industrial, energy, or electrical distribution projects is preferred.
