Preparing and reviewing environmental reports, policies, procedures, CEMP (Construction Environmental Management Plans), EMP (Environmental Management Plans), EIA (Environmental Impact Assessments) and other environmental documentation. Monitoring site implementation of environmental plans, regulations and approved requirements through regular site visits. Ensuring compliance with applicable environmental legislation, permits, policies and ISO 14001 requirements. Reviewing consultant and contractor environmental submissions and coordinating with clients's Quality & Safety Department (QSD) for required approvals. Monitoring and reporting environmental KPIs, including recycling and waste management performance. Identifying environmental risks, non-conformances and areas for improvement, and recommending appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Liaising with consultants, contractors, designers, QSD, the Ministry of Environment and other stakeholders on environmental matters, permits and approvals. Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of environmental policies, procedures and management systems. Providing technical input in meetings, capturing lessons learned and supporting programme-wide environmental performance.<br><br>Qualifications:To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include:Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or a related discipline from a recognised university listed in the World Higher Education Database (WHED). Having more than 10 years of relevant professional experience following the required academic qualification. Having a minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental engineering/management associated with large-scale beautification, landscaping, public realm, building, infrastructure or development programmes/projects. Demonstrating proven experience in developing, implementing and managing environmental standards and management systems in accordance with ISO 14001. Having a background or additional experience in Health & Safety / HSE, particularly within construction, landscaping or major development projects will be highly desirable. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for leading and overseeing Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the fertilizer complex to ensure that plant assets, materials, equipment, and construction activities comply with applicable international standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle. The role provides technical assurance for procurement, fabrication, welding, construction, inspection, testing, and material quality, while promoting a proactive "Quality at Source" culture to enhance asset reliability, mechanical integrity, and process safety.
The position also maintains compliance with ISO/IEC 17020 requirements by implementing and continually improving the Inspection Body Management System, supporting accreditation, and ensuring effective quality management practices across the Asset Integrity function.
</p><p>The Key Accountabilities are as follows:</p><ul><li><p>Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities across all QAFCO plants and facilities to ensure compliance with company specifications, international standards, and statutory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure quality assurance throughout the asset lifecycle by participating in vendor qualification, reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality documentation, manufacturing procedures, and witnessing shop and site inspections.</p></li><li><p>Manage the qualification of vendors in co-operation with different stake holders like Material management , Mechanical, Electrical , Instrumentation sections etc.</p></li><li><p>Oversee QA/QC activities for fabrication, construction, installation, repairs, and maintenance of static equipment and piping, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, codes, standards, and contractual requirements.</p></li><li><p>Manage welding quality assurance by verifying Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), welder qualifications, and non-destructive examination (NDE) requirements for fabrication and repair activities. Review and approve welding book submitted by contractors.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and perform inspections with third-party inspection agencies, contractors, and vendors, including factory acceptance tests (FAT), site inspections according to ITP steps and lifting equipment certification.</p></li><li><p>Ensure effective quality control of incoming materials, equipment, and spare parts by reviewing material certificates, verifying compliance with specifications, maintaining material traceability, and reporting non-conformities.</p></li><li><p>Expertise needed to take decisions, if any deviations from the specification and Mock test requirement, etc. </p></li><li><p>Monitor the repair and integrity of pressure equipment, piping, and static equipment in accordance with applicable codes and standards, including ASME PCC-2, to restore and maintain mechanical integrity.</p></li><li><p>Manage inspection, testing, certification, and performance evaluation of pressure relief devices, and develop optimized inspection scopes using Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including Radiation Protection licensing and other applicable Ministry requirements.</p></li><li><p>Maintain, calibrate, and control inspection instruments, tools, and equipment to ensure their accuracy, availability, and compliance with quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Develop, maintain, and continuously improve QA/QC procedures, inspection documentation, records, and electronic management systems to support effective asset integrity management.</p></li><li><p>Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the ISO/IEC 17020 Inspection Body Management System, support accreditation activities, conduct internal audits, and ensure effective implementation of all applicable ISO/IEC 17020 requirements.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Asset Integrity teams to promote a "Quality at Source" culture, enhance process safety and mechanical integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description<br><br>The Engineer - IT Support is responsible for acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all IT-related incidents and service requests raised by end users. The role involves receiving requests through multiple communication channels, logging and classifying tickets in the ITSM system, providing first-level remote support, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation in accordance with SLAs, SOPs, and ITIL best practices.<br><br>The Service Desk L1 plays a critical role in maintaining service continuity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with IT Support, NOC, SOC, and Infrastructure teams as required.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all IT incidents and service requests as defined in the Customer Scope of Work (SoW).<br><br>Receive and respond to support requests via phone, email, chat, and ITSM portal.<br><br>Log, categorize, prioritize, and assign tickets accurately based on impact, urgency, and SLA requirements.<br><br>Provide first-level remote support using approved tools and procedures.<br><br>Aim to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR) where possible, in line with SLAs.<br><br>Escalate incidents and service requests to appropriate support teams when resolution is beyond L1 scope.<br><br>Monitor ticket progress and ensure continuous follow-up until closure.<br><br>Communicate proactively with end users, providing timely updates and resolution confirmations.<br><br>Follow ITIL-aligned Incident, Request Fulfillment, Problem, and Change Management processes.<br><br>Assist users with “How-to” queries and basic guidance on IT services and applications.<br><br>Document resolutions, workarounds, and troubleshooting steps in the knowledge base.<br><br>Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.<br><br>Participate in Major Incident processes by supporting communication and ticket coordination.<br><br>Ensure
