Global connections: join experts around the world who are at the leading edge of our industry, shaping the standards of our profession<br><br>Typical Responsibilities<br><br>Act as the focal point with the client and any contractor Project Controllers as appropriate, to ensure costs and progress are reported accurately, ensure alignment with the project reporting requirements and timely and accurate cost and progress reporting Preparation of Planning Support Package Managing the overall project CTR budget and cost Propose, agree and manage agreed payment plan including milestone payments. Preparing and issuance of Project Invoice(s) Preparation of Project Controls procedures as project requirements Weekly and Monthly schedule and cost Reporting (using EVM) of planned v’s actual progress figures including forecasting Monitor cost and schedule impact of achievement / non achievement of project milestones Identification, monitoring, and reporting against the project critical path providing early warning to the Project Manager of any potential slippages Develop and maintain project Work Breakdown Structure for specific scopes of work Develop and maintain cost and planning control structures in alignment with project Work Breakdown Structure Manage the project work approval process in terms of accurate cost code allocation and initial budget set - up and approvals Responsible for the timely control and forecasting of budgets and ensure that the impact of all change requests is properly assessed and included in the budget and schedules if applicable Assist Project Accountants and Billing Specialists in the Billing process and any other cost related queries Assist with application of baseline and forecast installation unit rates and norms for estimating quantity change impacts Supports earned value progress measurement May assist with updates and changes to project quantities and reports on variances to baseline Production and overall maintenance of project S - Curves and Histograms Creation of the projects fully resourced, logic linked Gantt Charts within preferred planning software to the agreed project and programme requirements Perform progress updates of the project Gantt charts. <li>Implement alignments between contractor's commissioning team and PMT commissioning team, technically and in the relationships to the maximum extent, by intervening promptly whenever misalignments become visible.</li>
<li>Oversee the review, verification and approval of the Contractor's commissioning deliverables and datasets by the commissioning team, to ensure Site commissioning activities are completed in accordance with the Project procedures, regulations, specifications and standards.</li>
<li>Ensure effectiveness of the Advanced workpacking process (Easy Suite) by (1) identifying engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning risks constraints and (2) evaluating risk and verifying required mitigations are in place</li>
<li>Direct, as a single counterpart of contractor's Commissioning Manager, the contractor to deliver the safe execution of Site commissioning activities in compliance with the strategies and planning agreed by the Parties and set on the Project</li>
<li>Responsible for allocation of PMT commissioning manpower resources to the Project Delivery Teams in the matrix organization.</li>
<li>Ensure technical compliance is maintained in the commissioning activities, collaborating and aligning with Project Managers (accountable for delivery) and Functional Managers (Safety, Quality, Business, etc., accountable for technical support) to support delivery in line with the commissioning and project schedule.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency and alignment across all Project Delivery Teams, resolving and prioritizing escalating issues in line with overall project objectives.</li>
<li>Functionally supervise the PMT area commissioning teams under the Delivery Teams by ensuring (1) consistency in the commissioning execution across the areas (2) timely and adequate resources allocation. Deliver commissioning reporting (by contractor and by PMT) timely with quality and in full compliance with project requirements.</li>
<li>Oversee and facilitate commissioning meetings (with contractors) by (1) setting objectives, agenda and other terms and references, (2) preparing meeting materials, (3) leading discussions in the meetings, so that meetings can be completed timely with expected outcomes delivered</li>

<li>Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.</li>
<li>Broad and extensive knowledge of engineering design standards, specifications, codes, operating equipment in the Oil & Gas industry, and appropriate safety criteria.</li>
<li>Broad experience in commissioning strategies and execution.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and systems completion.</li>

Offer consultations to the Managers/Heads of Units to address specific needs on request and/or to explore avenues for enhancing humanitarian staff wellbeing and mental health in accordance with the UN Mental Health Strategy. Monitoring, reporting and compliance Ensure the adherence to the professional standards of the United Nations Stress and Staff Counsellors Group (UNSSCG) as well as the Code of Ethics for UN Staff Counsellors. Ensure that reports and other administrative duties are carried out to a professional standard<br><br>Performance indicators for the evaluation of results<br><br>Offer at least 10 individual and/or group counselling session slots per month, with actual attendance dependent on staff demand. Respond to 100% of critical incidents and emergency psychosocial support requests within agreed organizational response timelines and provide post-intervention recommendations where applicable. Deliver a minimum of 1 staff wellbeing training session per month on topics such as stress management, resilience, emotional processing, or critical incident response. Deliver a minimum of 1 manager-focused capacity-building session per quarter on mental health, staff wellbeing, and supportive leadership practices. Conduct consultations with managers and Heads of Units as requested and provide written recommendations for 100% of consultations conducted.
