Your day to day<br><br>Setting and regularly reviewing credit limits for both in-house guests and City Ledger balances. Checking updated remarks given by Front Office staff and following up any discrepancies with Front Office Manager. Following up on the collection of Returned Cheques, Credit Cards Charge Back; Skipper Accounts. Reconciling accounts receivable trial balances with the general ledger accounts each month and to ensure accurate ageing. Ensuring maintain supporting documents of all advance deposits. Handling clients' queries promptly, professionally and efficiently. Ensuring check room rates charged to travel agents are in accordance with the contract. Checking if the bills are attached with proper covering details e.g. authority letter, vouchers, or any other relevant documents supporting the charges before dispatching to customer. Delivering invoices and ensuring that the person concerned is in receipt of the same. Analyzing trends in Accounts Receivable balances or significant changes in payment pattern and to recap major collection problems for the monthly credit meetings. Conducts credit investigations, so that an intelligent appraisal of customer’s worth, character and ability to pay may be ascertained to justify extension of credit. Responsible for maintaining the debitor's ledger; Regular review of the aged trail balance, Collection calls, Identifying and following upon doubtful accounts. Reconcile all credit card charges. Ensure credit applications for all new accounts are completed and approved. Post all payments received daily. Clear city ledger accounts at month-end. Resolve all account queries. Schedule and chair the monthly credit meetings. Track advance deposits. Review the high balance report daily and follow upon any problems or doubtful accounts. Daily review Accounts Receivable ledger, monitor incoming cheques. Attend rundown meetings and advise on account set-up or any necessary payment plans. Initiate collection action for overdue accounts and prepares for legal action those accounts necessary. Reply to customer queries and send copies of accounts Reconciliation's and rebates. Liaise with Credit Card Companies Follow up collections of accounts receivable regularly in a firm but diplomatic manner, calculated to produce results and at the same time maintain good relations with the customers. Recommends write – off of un-collectable accounts with supporting document of legal correspondence or notification from right sources. Reports immediately any unfavorable information received affecting a customer’s credit standing, so that appropriate actions may be taken. Ensure that voco® Doha West Bay Suites policies and procedures granting of credit are observed. the training cell providing confidence to the Part 145 manager that their

<li>To provide professional technical guidance, with full responsibility and accountability, to ensure that the Quality Management System is well implemented within the offshore EPIC Projects.</li>
<li>To ensure and monitor full compliance with Standards, Shell Dep's, and applicable International Codes throughout the projects performed, which shall be addressed in the relevant Project Quality Plans (PQP).</li>
<li>Prepare the Project QMS documentation in accordance with requirements.</li>
<li>Manage and follow-up on implementation of QMS compliance requirements in Contracts.</li>
<li>Act as a PMT Focal Point for Corporate/external audits. Coordinate with Project Team and EBS for planning and conducting second party audits on Contractors and participate in assigned audits during contracts execution.</li>
<li>Guide subordinates (call-off) and Project Team on various activities related to latest version of ISO 9001 Standard, QMS system documentation and certification requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) in coordination with the Project Team.</li>
<li>Ensure that EPIC Contractors required Project Quality Plan (PQP) is established and adhered to throughout the Project Life Cycle.</li>
<li>Review the EPIC Scope of Services (SOS) and Scope of Work (SOW) and ensure that quality and technical requirements are incorporated which include Contractor/Supplier's QA/QC and relevant engineering and construction deliverables and any other Technical / System documents.</li>
<li>Participate in pre-qualification of EPIC Contractors/Sub-Contractors and Vendors, as required, monitor and enforce compliance with ISO 9001, QP-QAL-STD-004, PML/SML, etc.</li>
<li>Participate in EPIC technical bid evaluation of the Bidders to ensure that quality requirements as per QP-QAL-STD-004 are included, addressed, and understood.</li>
<li>Review Contractor/Supplier's engineering and construction deliverables with specific emphasis to QA/QC and coordinate with relevant engineering discipline specialists on issues related to materials/corrosion/special processes etc.; to enforce compliance to contract requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure deviation & non-conformance control system is implemented to meet the departmental compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Verify the resolution of deviations related to corrective and preventive actions and proper closure of NCRs and CARs.</li>
<li>Lead multi-discipline QA/QC Team (call-off) within the Project Teams and ensure that the Inspection Test Plans and procedures are in place and adhered to throughout the project life cycle.</li>

<li>Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an internationally recognized University, preferably a Mechanical degree. Master's degree is also preferable.</li>
<li>Membership of a recognized Professional Institution of Relevance is preferable.</li>
<li>Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas projects, including solid offshore experience, minimum 5 years in similar senior positions.</li>
<li>Qualified as Lead ISO 9001 Auditor. Professional qualifications relevant to quality are desirable. Working knowledge and experience with international codes and standards relevant to quality.</li>
<li>Familiar with development of quality management systems, quality assurance & control relevant to Oil and Gas or Infrastructure and Civil projects during engineering development, procurement, construction & commissioning.</li>
<li>Working knowledge in the manufacturing inspection and certification processes for equipment/ materials in projects and the associated Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices.</li>
<li>Working knowledge in offshore construction, welding & NDE (conventional and nonconventional techniques) is essential.</li>

<p>Under the supervision of the Senior Logistics Manager, the Supply and Services Manager provides management and oversight to Logistics functions at the assigned site in support of the LOGCAP V Qatar Task Order; specific activities include but are not limited to: Supply Support Activity (SSA) Bottle water & Ice service, Gray & Blackwater. Serves as a key customer contact for local activities, establishes milestones, monitors adherence to plans and schedules, identifies problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources. Ensures all Logistics personnel, to include subcontractors, are trained, qualified and certified as needed to perform the requirements of the contract in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner under the requirements specified in individual sections of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).</p><p>Provides cost, schedule, and technical performance guidance to ensure successful completion of program objectives. Coordinates with the Customer and Vectrus Leadership. Oversees the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, and other stakeholders as required. Performs other duties and assignments as required.</p><p>Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well. The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard about ambient noise level.</p><p>Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum Qualifications:</p><ul><li>One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.</li><li>Bachelor s Degree</li><li>Must be Secret Clearance eligible and/or able to obtain a Secret Clearance.</li><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Must possess at least ten (10) years of multi-functional logistics experience relating to quartermaster, maintenance, and transportation and support services provided by the installation.</li><li>Preferred candidates will possess at least six (6) years of Army multi-functional logistics experience at a Supervisory level.</li><li>Experience managing government contracts highly desired.</li></ul><p>Skills:</p><ul><li>Shall be capable of providing analysis of practices and problems of all functions of the Logistics department to increase the effectiveness of logistics support provided by the installation.</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills are required along with a working knowledge of computer operations to include spreadsheet, database, word processing and presentation applications.</li><li>Great organizational and management skills with a strong ability to work independent as a member of a robust team.</li></ul><p>Supervisory/Budget Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provides broad guidance and direction to a multinational team.</li></ul>
