Ensure the coordination of scaffolding Subcontractors to meet contractual requirements and project needs based on construction schedule and budget.<br><br>How can you support us? Your day to day<br><br>Setting and regularly reviewing credit limits for both in-house guests and City Ledger balances. Checking updated remarks given by Front Office staff and following up any discrepancies with Front Office Manager. Following up on the collection of Returned Cheques, Credit Cards Charge Back; Skipper Accounts. Reconciling accounts receivable trial balances with the general ledger accounts each month and to ensure accurate ageing. Ensuring maintain supporting documents of all advance deposits. Handling clients' queries promptly, professionally and efficiently. Ensuring check room rates charged to travel agents are in accordance with the contract. Checking if the bills are attached with proper covering details e.g. authority letter, vouchers, or any other relevant documents supporting the charges before dispatching to customer. Delivering invoices and ensuring that the person concerned is in receipt of the same. Analyzing trends in Accounts Receivable balances or significant changes in payment pattern and to recap major collection problems for the monthly credit meetings. Conducts credit investigations, so that an intelligent appraisal of customer’s worth, character and ability to pay may be ascertained to justify extension of credit. Responsible for maintaining the debitor's ledger; Regular review of the aged trail balance, Collection calls, Identifying and following upon doubtful accounts. Reconcile all credit card charges. Ensure credit applications for all new accounts are completed and approved. Post all payments received daily. Clear city ledger accounts at month-end. Resolve all account queries. Schedule and chair the monthly credit meetings. Track advance deposits. Review the high balance report daily and follow upon any problems or doubtful accounts. Daily review Accounts Receivable ledger, monitor incoming cheques. Attend rundown meetings and advise on account set-up or any necessary payment plans. Initiate collection action for overdue accounts and prepares for legal action those accounts necessary. Reply to customer queries and send copies of accounts Reconciliation's and rebates. Liaise with Credit Card Companies Follow up collections of accounts receivable regularly in a firm but diplomatic manner, calculated to produce results and at the same time maintain good relations with the customers. Recommends write – off of un-collectable accounts with supporting document of legal correspondence or notification from right sources. Reports immediately any unfavorable information received affecting a customer’s credit standing, so that appropriate actions may be taken. <span></span><p><strong><span>Start Date:</span></strong><span> January 2027, though an earlier start date can be accommodated.</span></p><br> <p><span>Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit an <strong>HR Manager</strong> to join Compass International School Doha, Qatar.</span></p><br> <p><span>We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead all aspects of people management within the school, working closely with the Principal and school leadership team to deliver a high-quality HR service that supports our strategic and operational priorities.</span></p><br> <p><strong><span>The role:</span></strong></p><br> <p><span>We seek an individual to join as an <strong>HR Manager</strong> where your focus will be:</span></p><br> <ul>
<li><span>Leading full-cycle recruitment for all school roles, working closely with the Principal and school leadership team</span></li>
<li><span>Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations, providing advice, coaching and mediation to managers and staff</span></li>
<li><span>Overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including payroll inputs, contract renewals, attendance management and personnel file maintenance</span></li>
<li><span>Ensuring full compliance with Qatar Labour Law, MOEHE requirements and Nord Anglia HR policies</span></li>
<li><span>Managing employee visa renewals, residency processes and exit procedures</span></li>
<li><span>Coordinating the school’s annual appraisal and performance review process</span></li>
<li><span>Supporting managers with goal setting, feedback and development planning</span></li>
<li><span>Partnering with the Principal on workforce structure, compensation and people priorities</span></li>
<li><span>Championing diversity, inclusion and wellbeing across the school community</span></li>
</ul> <p><strong><span>The Successful Candidate will possess:</span></strong></p><br> <ul>
<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD qualification desirable)</span></li>
<li><span>Minimum of 5–7 years’ HR generalist or management experience, ideally in a school or service-led environment</span></li>
<li><span>Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law, employment legislation, and immigration processes</span></li>
<li><span>Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment and onboarding</span></li>
<li><span>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders</span></li>
<li><span>Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</span></li>
<li><span>Skilled in HR systems and data management; experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage</span></li>
<li><span>Culturally aware, empathetic, and able to thrive in a diverse international setting</span></li>
