<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Promote a culture of continual improvement in quality practices and conduct quality training sessions for site personnel and subcontractors. Support incident investigation and root cause analysis related to quality failures impacting safety or performance. Prepare the Departmental & Project QMS (Quality Management System) documentation in accordance with Company requirements. And further Manage and follow-up on implementation of QMS compliance requirements in Contracts. Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP), KPIs and ensure the alignment of Contractor's PQP / KPIs with that of Company's. Coordinate and ensure implementation of QMS compliance requirements during all phases of the projects by Project teams and Contractors and submit necessary reports /data on monthly / quarterly basis. Participate in pre-qualification of Contractors/Sub-Contractors and Vendors, as required, monitor, and enforce compliance with ISO 9001/Company Quality standards. Participate in technical bid evaluation of the Bidders to ensure that Company quality requirements are included, addressed, and understood. Review the Scope of Services (SOS) and Scope of Work (SOW) and ensure that Company quality and technical requirements are incorporated which include Contractor/Supplier's QA/QC and relevant engineering and construction deliverables and any other Technical / Company System documents. Review and Approve Contractors'/Vendors' QA/QC documentation/deliverables for engineering, procurement, and construction phases, including welding and testing procedures. Review and respond to technical queries and technical deviations regarding welding and non-destructive testing. Review Contractor/Supplier's engineering and construction deliverables with specific emphasis to QA/QC and coordinate with relevant engineering discipline specialists on issues related to materials/corrosion/special processes etc; to enforce compliance to contract requirements. Ensure Deviation and non-conformance control systems are implemented to meet the departmental compliance requirements. Verify the resolution of deviations related to corrective and preventive actions and proper closure of NCRs and CARs. Surveillance and oversee the quality of project Construction works by visiting all project sites, attending weekly/monthly meetings with contractor, monitor the site QC inspector's functioning etc.</div></section><section>Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls Engineering or related field) or higher educational qualification in engineering from internationally recognized Universities. IRCA Certified QMS Lead Auditor Certification or similar. ASNT Level-II Certifications in RT/MT/PT/UT is a plus. Professional certification / affiliation with internationally recognized Quality organizations like CQI or ASQ or similar is desirable. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience (Minimum of five (5) years lead experience) in Oil & Gas Industry as part of an internationally recognized EPIC contractor or end user/owner organization, covering large-scale solar projects or similar nature projects. Extensive experience in large scale solar (Photovoltaic) construction projects and strong background in quality management systems. Brownfield experience is a plus. Hands on working experience in major EPIC projects with involvement in all phases of EP-I-C from working level to independently managing / Heading QA/QC function, with technical expertise in a core discipline. Working knowledge of using and interpreting Shell DEPs, International Codes / Standards (IEC, NEC, ASME, ASTM, NACE, AWS, API, BS, ISO and Local Regulations) related to the job and industry.</section>

In this role, you will be part of the Construction Supervision Consultant team and support the delivery of a landmark luxury hospitality and entertainment development featuring immersive entertainment experiences, world-class hospitality, premium retail, and diverse leisure attractions. You will supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of conventional and specialist electrical systems, including MV/LV power distribution, substations, emergency power, ride power, show power, entertainment lighting, audiovisual infrastructure, low-current systems, show controls, and other themed entertainment installations.<ul><li>Supervise the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems in accordance with the Contract Documents, approved IFC drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.</li><li>Monitor the Contractor s electrical works to ensure compliance with approved quality standards, construction methodologies, project schedules, and HSE requirements.</li><li>Review and provide technical comments on shop drawings, material submittents, method statements, RFIs, inspection requests, and other technical submissions related to electrical works.</li><li>Supervise the installation and integration of MV/LV distribution systems, substations, transformers, generators, UPS systems, lighting, emergency power systems, earthing, lightning protection, and other building electrical services.</li><li>Provide technical oversight for specialist themed entertainment electrical systems, including ride power, show power distribution, control power, entertainment lighting, audiovisual infrastructure, low-current systems, show control interfaces, and other specialist installations.</li><li>Coordinate electrical interfaces with architectural, structural, mechanical, fire and life safety, ICT, ride systems, show systems, utility infrastructure, and specialist attraction vendors.</li><li>Witness inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, functional testing, integrated systems testing, and electrical commissioning activities to verify compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Monitor construction quality through regular inspections, identify non-conforming works, and coordinate corrective actions with the Contractor and QA/QC team.</li><li>Support the Resident Engineer in evaluating variations, technical issues, engineering clarifications, and site instructions related to electrical works.</li><li>Coordinate with operators, specialist suppliers, manufacturers, and commissioning teams to support the successful integration and operational readiness of all electrical systems.</li><li>Participate in snagging, de-snagging, substantial completion inspections, handover activities, and Defects Liability Period inspections related to electrical systems.</li><li>Review as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, commissioning documentation, warranties, and handover records for completeness and compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, inspection records, progress updates, and recommendations for submission to the Resident Engineer and Project Management team.</li></ul> Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.</li><li>Professional Engineer, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent professional registration is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 12 years of experience supervising electrical works on major hospitality, entertainment, mixed-use, or destination developments.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in Construction Supervision or Resident Engineering roles on large multidisciplinary projects.</li><li>Proven experience supervising electrical systems associated with themed entertainment developments, theme parks, integrated resorts, attraction facilities, or other complex leisure destinations.</li><li>Strong experience with power distribution systems, emergency power, lighting systems, low-current systems, entertainment lighting, audiovisual infrastructure, and electrical building services.</li><li>Experience supervising testing and commissioning, integrated systems testing, operational readiness, and project handover.</li><li>GCC experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of electrical engineering systems, construction supervision practices, and contract compliance for major hospitality, entertainment, and mixed-use developments.</li><li>Strong understanding of MV/LV power distribution, emergency power systems, lighting systems, earthing, lightning protection, low-current systems, and specialist electrical installations.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of electrical systems supporting themed attractions, ride power, show power, control power, entertainment lighting, audiovisual infrastructure, show control systems, and other specialized guest-experience facilities.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction inspections, material approvals, shop-drawing reviews, testing and commissioning, integrated systems testing, and handover processes.</li><li>Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders, including Contractors, specialist attraction vendors, manufacturers, operators, consultants, commissioning teams, utility providers, and statutory authorities.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify construction issues, engineering conflicts, and practical site solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, reporting, and The Examinations and Assessment Lead has overall responsibility for the management and operation of the Examinations and Assessment team. The role is accountable for the effective planning, delivery, monitoring and review of all examinations and assessment activities within the Technical Institute. The role provides assurance to the Technical Institute Contract & Assurance Manager and the Head of the Technical Institute that examinations and assessment are being delivered in accordance with a defined, compliant and consistently applied assessment strategy covering all training programmes. The Examinations and Assessment Lead is responsible for management of student data, the ongoing review of examinations and assessment operations, the systematic collection and analysis of performance data, and the identification of risks, trends and improvement actions that impact learner outcomes. The role ensures that all required assessment policies, procedures and controls are implemented and adhered to in accordance with the contractual requirements and those of external awarding and regulatory bodies, (e.g. City & Guilds and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education). Internal audits, assessment analysis, moderation outcomes and course performance reports will inform decision-making and recommendations. The role works closely with the Chief Instructors (Academic and Engineering) to ensure clarity of roles, compliance with assessment requirements, and effective communication across stakeholders. The Examinations and Assessment Lead supports continuous improvement activities, contributing to corrective actions, preventative measures and the development of customer satisfaction and quality performance metrics. Core Duties Lead and manage the Examinations and Assessment team in accordance with the organisation’s policies and procedures applicable to people and talent management, and personal health, safety and wellbeing. Own and maintain the Technical Institute Assessment Strategy across all elements of Technical Institute training. Capture and maintain sufficient assessment data to enable analysis of factors affecting student performance, including environment, materials, instructors, and assessments. Ensure all examinations and assessment policies, processes, and procedures are regularly reviewed, controlled, and available for centre approval and accreditation activities. Knowledge of standardised English assessments (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, or military language proficiency standards) and their alignment to CEFR or similar frameworks. Ability to contribute to or lead internal quality assurance processes such as standardisation, moderation and internal audit of assessment practice. Skills in using e-assessment or LMS platforms (e.g. Moodle, Blackboard, online testing tools). Strong data analysis and reporting skills for monitoring student performance and informing decision-making at programme and institutional level. Change management skills, including experience leading or supporting assessment or curriculum reform projects.
