Job Purpose Lead and manage the complete estimation and tendering process for civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate, competitive, and commercially viable bids from inquiry stage through final submission.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of technical and commercial tender submissions. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements. Prepare and validate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, pricing, and bid strategies. Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Planning, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders. Engage with clients, JV partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants during tendering. Identify commercial, contractual, and technical risks and propose mitigation measures. Represent the company in client meetings, clarification sessions, and tender negotiations. Present tender strategies, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior management. Ensure timely and compliant submission of all tender documents.<br>Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.8-12 years of experience in construction estimation and tendering, including large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, pricing, cost control, and estimating methodologies. Experience with estimating software and tender management systems. Job Summary The Proposal Manager (Mechanical) is responsible for leading and managing the complete proposal and tendering process, ensuring the development of high-quality, competitive, and compliant submissions.
