This role is responsible for high value & complex contracting & capital procurement of services related to Turnaround Section. The role holder has a prime responsibility in coordinating with all Sr. Engineers within turnaround Section and other trades to ensure smooth running of the turnaround contracting services.<br><br>Roles in this level have responsibility for coordination of all turnaround project's aspects in review and development of planning, monitoring, control and maintaining turnaround details.<br><br>Communicate closely with Finance, commercial and supply chain to ensure the quality and correctness of data in the turnaround management system. We’re Hiring | HR & Qatar Labour Law Specialist<br>Key Responsibilities: • Manage and support HR operations in compliance with Qatar Labour Law and regulations. • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines. • Provide professional advice on employment contracts, employee relations, disciplinary actions, termination, leave, working hours, and other HR matters. • Ensure compliance with Qatar employment regulations and related government requirements. • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes. • Handle and advise on matters related to work permits, employment requirements, and expatriate employees. • Review HR practices and identify potential compliance gaps and risks. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. • Support management in resolving employee relations and workplace matters. • Stay updated on changes and developments in Qatar Labour Law and HR regulations.<br>Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably within Qatar. • Strong and practical knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and employment regulations. • Experience in HR policies, employee relations, contracts, and compliance. • Strong understanding of HR best practices and Qatar employment practices. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to provide practical HR advice to management. • Qatar-based candidates are preferred.<br>A strong background in HR consulting or experience supporting companies with Qatar Labour Law compliance will be highly valued.

Gain detailed knowledge of perfumes, their ingredients, and ways to use them Highlighting promotions and providing advice to enhance sales. Contributing to opening the branch on time and ensuring its readiness for work. Recording daily sales, closing the cashier, and organizing the store for the end of the day. Performs any work requested by the direct manager.<br>Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.1-2 Years Experience In same role .<br>Skills:Excellent communication skills and great customer service.
