The role is responsible for supporting the sales objectives of the business by achieving monthly sales targets, delivering an excellent customer experience, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge, consultative selling, and professional follow-up.<br><br>What You Will Do<br><br> Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while following company sales policies and procedures. Deliver a high-quality customer experience by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable GAC models, and supporting customers throughout the sales journey. Ensure strong follow-up with walk-in customers and maintain accurate customer and lead information in C4C or relevant CRM systems. Promote test drives, explain vehicle features and specifications, and support customers with clear product information. Work closely with the Showroom Manager to maximize sales opportunities across finance, insurance, accessories, service packages, tinting, and paint protection. Handle cash and credit customer processes in line with company guidelines and ensure all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time. Resolve customer concerns professionally and take action to improve customer satisfaction, operational ease, and repeat business. Comply with company SOPs, showroom standards, and reporting requirements while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.<br><br>Required Skills To Be Successful<br><br> Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. 2–3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is required. Valid Qatar driving license.<br><br>About The Team<br><br>You will be part of the GAC Motor showroom team in Qatar, working closely with the Showroom Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and positive customer journey. The team is focused on creating a quality sales and service culture, where every customer interaction supports the goal of building long-term customer loyalty and creating customers for life.<br><br>What Equips You For The Role<br><br> Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and delivering strong customer satisfaction. Experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about automobiles. Flexible and resilient, with the ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment, including evenings and weekends when required. Good understanding of automotive products, vehicle features, specifications, and customer buying behaviour. Ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage multiple leads effectively. Good IT and computer skills, with familiarity in CRM or sales tracking systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer concerns professionally.
