Manage Transport Agreements and monitor utilization, approving related AfS / WO within power of attorney limits and authorizing SE / Progress Reports. Ensure proper document archiving and traceability of all records relevant to shipping and customs activities. Ensure the required information flow toward competent functions for liquidated damages and price revision matters. Assign Shipping & Customs Coordinators to projects and ensure adequate support from Shipping and Customs officers, including outsourced resources through the network when required.
