About the Role The Sales Manager – Facilities Management will be responsible for driving business growth, securing new contracts, and expanding the company's Facilities Management portfolio across Qatar. The role focuses on generating revenue, developing strategic client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading the commercial activities for Hard FM, Soft FM, MEP Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Hospitality Services, Security Services, Manpower Supply, and Integrated Facilities Management solutions. <p>Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Site Supervision Consultancy Services for a luxury hospitality and entertainment development in Qatar. The development is a state-of-the-art entertainment hub, set to attract millions of visitors annually with its immersive experiences and diverse attractions. The Project Director will have full responsibility for managing the construction supervision services for this world-class hospitality, entertainment, retail, residential, and mixed-use destination. EPC Legal Counsel Role Purpose The Legal Counsel will support the Legal team on the full lifecycle of large-scale contracts underpinning the company's EPC construction projects ( from drafting through negotiation, execution, and issue resolution ) working closely with commercial, project management, and procurement teams. The core requirement is strong contract negotiation ability; prior EPC or construction-specific exposure is an advantage but not required. Experience & Background Years of practice: At least 5-8 years of relevant post-qualification legal experience, ideally split between law firm practice and in-house counsel roles. Contract negotiation: Strong, demonstrated track record leading or closely supporting negotiations of large-value, complex commercial contracts, drafting, redlining, and closing deals directly with counterparties.
